Stolen: Samsung cell phone blk, purse with credit cards, DL, and SSN

On above date victim reported that sometime Between MARCH 21, 2012 1300hrs AND 1400hrs an unknown person broke his LF driver side window to his vehicle (2004 Red Volvo) with a rock and took above items.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $250.00

0212006413, Battery against a Household Member

Deputy Assigned: G. Lovato

Location: 1500 block of Agua Fria St.

Suspect: Arabel Solis  Age: 21  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that during an argument, Arabel Solis had battered a Household Member causing minor injury.  He was arrested and booked for Battery against a Household Member.

Case # 0212006392/ Burglary and Larceny/ 04-29-2012

Location: Calle De Los Trujillos, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: One (1) 55" Samsung television, three (3) Apple Ipods, and an Ipod speaker stand  

Victim reported that sometime between April 27, 2012 at 6:00 pm and April 29, 2012 at 9:00am. Unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $3,797.00

Stolen: Purse, wallet, drivers license, Verizon cell phone, $150.00 US currency, and prescription sunglasses

Victim reported that sometime between 04-29-2012 at 3:00 pm and 04-29-2012 some unknown person burglarized her pickup truck. Forced entry was made by breaking the rear window and the above items were stolen. This case is currently under investigation.

Case# 0212006387 Battery Upon a Household Member

Location:  4200 Block Sundance Street (Vista Primera Sub-division), Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Male, 54, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Jose Andre, 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery Upon a Household Member

On Sunday April 29, 2012 at 9:47 AM the supect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect pushed the victim to the floor.  The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.

Victim:  Female, 54, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Gray, 2006, Toyota, 4 door

Suspect:  Beth Meyer, 53, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Open Container

On Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:42 AM the suspect struck a mobile home at the location.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol  Content of .16 or greater.  The residence was unoccuppied at the time of the crash and sustainined minor damages.  There were no injuries involved in this incident.  There was an open bottle of vodka on the right rear floorboard of the vehicle.

Location:Wild West Lane,Santa Fe,NM(Pojoaque)

Stolen: $3.00 in cash/coin

On the above date the above victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his unlocked 2003 Jeep Liberty and stole $3.00 in miscellaneous cash/coins. Victim reported the incident occurred sometime between the hours of 8:45 pm on Friday (4/27/2012) and 6:30 am on Saturday (4/28/2012). Contact with suspect(s) is pending at this time.

Suspect: Tommy Taylor  Age: 43  Santa Fe

Tommy Taylor was stopped for careless driving and was found to be impaired.  He submitted to a breath test with results of .18/.19 and was booked for Aggravated DWI.

Suspect: Raeanna Trujillo   Age: 19  Espanola

Raeanna Trujillo was stopped for traffic equipment violation and was found to be impaired.  She submitted to a blood test and results are pending.  She was booked accordingly.

Location: Paseo Del Canon (La Cieneguilla Area)

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to the above area in reference to a car on fire.  The vehicle was identifed as a 2000 Silver Pontiac 4 door Sedan heavily burned.  Car was not reported stolen.  Case still pending investigation.
