Case#: 0212006145/ Fraudulent use of a credit card/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  residence off of Pinon Jay Trail, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Santa Fe Trail)

On 4/25/12 victim wanted to report a fraudulent use of a credit card.  Victim stated that they went on vacation to Mexico on 12/18/11 through 12/28/11.  Victim stated that her bank contacted her and told her there was a charge on her account which was made on 3/6/12.  Victim stated that the bank did not approve the charge.  Victim stated that she received a statement from her account in which there were several transactions.  Victim stated that the unknown suspects withdrew amounts out of her account with the credit card.  Estimated value is $1274.64.

Case#: 0212006162/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  100 block of Valle Romero, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 4/25/12 between the hours of 0810 and 1600 unknown suspects broke into the victim's residence.  Victim stated that unknown suspects took misc. US currency, and 20  misc. DVDs.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Estimated value of items taken is $922.00.

Case#: 0212006152/ Larceny/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  residence off of Rogersville Road, Cerrillos, NM (off of State Road 14)

Victim stated that on 04/05/2012, his realtor advised him that his solar panel for his well was missing. Victim stated the home is for sale and is currently unoccupied.  Estimated value for the solar panel is $2000.00.

Case#: 0212006158/ Larceny/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  residence off of Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 4/25/12 victim reported that some time between 11:00pm and 11:30pm on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 unknown suspect(s) stole an orange and black 3/4" sewer snake with 100 feet of coil. Estimated value of the item taken is $2400.00.  Victim stated that he has a few suspects on who may have taken the item.

Case#: 0212006148/ Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  2308 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM (Smith's Parking Lot)

On 4/25/12 victim said that some time between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Saturday, April 21, 2012 while his vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the Smith's located at 2308 Cerrillos Road that an unidentified suspect attempted to break into his vehicle. There was a small dent below the rear window where it appeared someone had kicked it, and there were several scratch marks to the inside of the top of the driver's side front door. The rubber insulator was also very loose. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Case#: 0212006146/ Bringing Contraband into a Place of Impisonment/ Date: 04/25/12

Location:  28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe,NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr.)

On 4/25/12 a letter addressed to an inmate at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center was received at the jail. The mail clerk checked the letter and discovered several strips with Seroquel. The letter had a return address a suspect.  Case is still under investigation.

Case#: 0212006109/ Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 4/24/12

Location:  residence off of Placita Road, Espanola, NM (SFC Rd. 88D La Puebla)

On 4/24/12,  victim said that some time between 6:50am and 5:00pm, suspect(s) entered the residence by breaking the southwest living room window and stole items from within.  Victim stated that suspects stole a 12 ga. shotgun, a 20 ga shotgun, a digital camera, a laptop computer, a 22" flatscreen TV, and misc. jewelry.  Estimated value of items taken is $10,450.00.  Estimated damage amount is pending.

Case#: 0212006091/ Fraud/ Date: 04/24/12

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Julie York

Commander entering:  Lt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  100 block of Arroyo Hondo Road, Santa Fe, NM (Arroyo Hondo)

On 4-24-12, deputy was  dispatched to the above location. Victim advised that he had hired a male to wash windows at his residence. After completing the job, the victim wrote the suspect a check for sixty five dollars on April 21, 2012. On April 23, 2012, the victim received a phone call from his bank asking if he had written a check to the suspect and inquired as to what amount he wrote the check for.  It was found that the suspect had altered the original check and changed the amount to three hundred sixty five dollars. On the same date, another check from the victim's check book was cashed by the same suspect at a different branch of the Del Norte Credit Union. The amount for the second check was also for three hundred sixty five dollars. Both checks were made out to the suspect.

0212006070 Fraud 04/24/2012

Location: Sabradora Drive (Rancho Viejo Area)

Victim stated on April 21, 2012 he received a call from his banking institute stating numerous charges were made to his debit card totaling $220.00. Victim stated he did not open any new accounts or allow anyone to charge anything to his account.

Victim stated on Monday April 23, 2012 he received a call from godaddy.com welcoming him to the site. Suspect information is pending at this time.

0212006077 Breaking and Entering 4/24/2012

Deputy assigned: Isaiah Anaya

Commander entering: Cpl. Fred Suazo

Location: 4000 block of Agua Fria (Area)

Arrested: Jerome Hena 23 year old male, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a breaking and entering. Victim found the above suspect in her living room asking for water. Suspect entered the residence by force through a living room window. The above listed suspect was located matching the description from witnesses leaving the area. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
