Arrested: Neil Vangese, 25 yoa, Espanola, NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location. The above listed suspect assaulted his neighbors on their  and as he walked away he pulled a handgun from his pants and continued walking to his residence. The weapon was never used during the commission of the crime or in a threatening. The above listed suspect was arrested for assault and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location:  I-25 West Frontage Road/ Erica Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: 1987 Prowler camper trailer, white in color with "Prowler" written in green lettering on both sides.

On today's date, the victim reported the above stated vehicle stolen from a vacant field in the area. The owner stated he checked on the vehicle on Sunday April 29, 2012 at around 9:00 am and that was the last time the trailer was seen. The trailer was for sale, 

The value of the trailer was listed at $2500.00

Stolen: 200 ft of copper cable, misc welding tips, 100ft acetylene hose, cutting torch and fittings.

Victim reported between Friday April 27, 2012 and Monday April, 30, 2012 at 8:00 am some unknown person(s) took the above itemes from an unsecured, three walled shed on his property .

The above charges were valued at about $2500.00

Location:  Wildflower Way, La Tierra, santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Canon digital camera, another unknown brand of digital camera, Sony camcorder, $100.00 in US currency, gold earrings, gold bracelet with diamonds, gold with amethyst ring, gold pendant, 18K gold bracelet with stars and diamonds.

Victim reported that  she had hired an individual to help around the residence with odd jobs and since October of last year, she has noticed the above items missing. The items were valued at approximately $34,589.00

Location: Hyde Park Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Two (2) purses, wallets, credit cards, cash, driver's license, three (3) bottles of medications, and two (2) check books

Victim reported that sometime between 04/30/2012 at 2:00 pm and 04/30/2012 at 3:30 pm, unknown person(s) burglarized their vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking the rear window. The above items were taken. This case is under investigation.

0212006420 Aggravated Assault/Impersonating a peace officer 4/30/12

Location: US Hwy 84/285 @ County Rd 88(Arroyo Seco Area)

On this date victim stated that in the area of 84/285 frontage rd in arroyo seco he had to stop suddenly and the suspect vehicle pulled alongside and they argued. Victim and suspect got out of their vehicles and suspect stated “I’M A COP” un holstered his black gun and cycled it one time keeping the gun waist level pointing to the ground.

Victim described the Hispanic male about six feet tall and about 200 lbs. with short black hair. Suspect had a button down gry/blk shirt with an embroidered badge unknown color or name. Suspect was driving a Red over Brown over Red 1990’s Chevy Suburban.
