Stolen: Flatscreen TV, CD's, speaker box, safe, Identification cards, and misc. Jewelry.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect unlawful gained entry to the above stated address, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Once inside the residence, suspect unlawfully removed the above property. Suspect is pending further investigation.

0212003036 Abandonment or Abuse of Child 2-27-12

Location: 100 block of SF County Road 84 (Pojoaque Area)

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a small child being locked inside a residence alone. Child was located and found to be safe and unharmed with father at the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported today between 5:00pm and 530pm unknown persons kicked open the front door to her home. Nothing was taken. Case is under investigation. 

0212003026 Aggravated Burglary 2-27-10

Stolen: 2 Passports, .38 cal Smith and Wesson handgun, Diamond watch

Victim reported that sometime between 1-12-12 and 2-27-12 at unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into an unlocked storage shed on her property and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

The above listed items were valued at about $18,900.00

Location Fiesta Street      Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported to Deputy while at a party an unknown female sexually assaulted her while she was asleep. Victim stated she awoke to the assault taking place. Victim did not report the incident until days later. Case is under investigation

 

0212003035 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle 2-27-12

Stolen: Black in color 1986 Chevy K20

Victim reported that on 1/12/12 his vehicle broke down at the Lamy Train Station. He stated we had just left the vehicle there for about a month and noticed it was no longer in the parking lot. The vehicle has been entered into NCIC. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 27 Wild Turkey Way, Santa Fe, (Canada De Los Alamos)

Damaged: Double pane window and drywall.

Victim reported that unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the above residence sometime between Monday, February 13, 2012 at about noon, and Friday, February 24, 2012 at about noon. Suspect(s) gained entry through a window on the north side of the residence. The unknown suspects busted a double pane window, and once inside damaged a section of drywall. It appeared that there was a party inside the residence, there was several beer cans and bottles. The residence has been vacant for a year, and ReMax Reality Company is the property Agent.

on a warrant issued by Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear on the

original charge of DWI.

0212002966, Battery against Household Member, 2/26/12

Suspect: Marcos Snachez  Jr.    Age: 44  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to domestic dispute on Scarlett Lane and discovered that Marcos Sanchez Jr. had battered a household member causing minor injury.  He was arrested and booked without incident. 

Case#0212002954 / DWI, Careless Driving / 02-25-2012

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway at County Road 58

Arrested: John Dodgion, 68-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 02-25-2012 at about 9:26p.m. Mr. Dodgion was observed driving his 1994 white in color Nissan car eastbound on Old Las Vegas Highway with two flat tires.  A traffic stop was conducted and he was found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
