SFCSO Case # 0212003379; Burglary/Larceny/Criminal damage to property; Monday March 5, 2012

Location: 3000 block of Jemez Road- Santa Fe County

Stolen: One (1) 42" flat screen television, One (1) 32" flat screen television, Two (2) X-Box 360s, One (1) Nintendo WII, Five (5) Xbox controllers, One (1) Xbox Kinect, One (1) HP 17" laptop computer, and misc video games.

Victim reported on today's date Monday March 5, 2012 between the hours of 7:45 am and 4:00 pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $8,000.00

 

 

SFCSO Case # 0212003395; Burglary/Larceny/Criminal damage to property; Monday march 05, 2012

Location: 2300 block of Calle Lunisa; Rancho Viejo Subdivision; Santa Fe County

Stolen: One (1) Brown leather jacket, Apple Ipod, and a Blackberry cellular phone

Arrested:Two (2) male juveniles

Victim notified Santa Fe County Sheriff's Officers in the area of Emory pass/Richard's Avenue that his vehicle had been burglarized and the above listed items were stolen . There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

SFCSO Case # 0212003388; Burglary/Criminal Damage; Monday March 5, 2012

Location: Reeds Peak- Rancho Viejo Subdivision, Santa Fe County

Stolen: N/A- Burglary in progress

Arrested: Two (2) male juveniles

Victim reported on Monday March 5, 2012 at approximately 5:30 pm he observed two (2) young males within his vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicle as the suspects were observed in the act of the crime and scared away by the victim. Two (2) male juveniles were located in the area and were subsequently arrested.

Location: Cottontail Road - Santa Fe County

Stolen:Emerson stereo, silver dollars, misc. jewelry, monkey statues, blue in color WII, WII games, cortez shoes, dog harness with chain, tan and white red nose pitbull puppy, inhaler, various medicine, white "Plunket #18" raider's jersey, Raider's, pit bull (animal), joker stickers, (2) dog choke collars.

Victim reported on today's date, Monday March 5, 2012 between the times of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm unknown person(s) burglarized the residence. Forced entry was made by breaking a bedroom window. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

0212003389 Aggravated Burglary 3-5-12

Stolen: Glock 9mm handgun, misc jewelry (inventory pending)

Victim reported that sometime between 7:00am and 6:00pmon 3-4-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items. Entry was made by force through the rear door. Case is still under investigation. The pistol was entered into NCIC

Between Friday, March 2, 2012 at 5:00 PM and Monday, March 5, 2012, person(s) unknown gained entry to a garage at a business at the location by forcing open a door.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a generator from the garage.

Location:  17486 US 84/285 Santa Fe, NM

Suspect/Arrested:  Rosa Garcia (50yoa) 6000 Isleta Albuquerque, NM

On March 05, 2012 the above suspect was taken into custody at the above location

on a warrant issued by the First Judicial District Court for Failure to Comply on the

original charge of Fraud.

 

 

Case#:0212003320/Death Investigation/Date: 03-4-2012

Location: 3330 Calle Po Ae Pi, SF, NM (Casa Villita Apartments)

Deputies responded to an unconsicious male at the above location.  Medics attempted life saving procedures but were unsuccessful.  There were no signs of foul play, but cause of death is still under investigation.

Stolen: Dell Laptop Computer, Misc. Costume Jewelry

Victim reported that sometime between 2-29-12 and 3-4-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items. Entry was made by force through the front door. Case is still under investigation.

0212003302 Aggravated Assault 3-4-12

Location: US 84/285- Viarrial Street (Pojoaque Area)

Victim reported that he was involved in a road rage incident with another vehicle while traveling north on US 84/285. Both vehicles stopped at the above stated intersection. Victim stated the both drivers exchanges words and the driver of the other vehicle pointed a gun at him and departed the area. Case is still under investigation.
