Deputies responded to a report of a subject locating a deceased subject. Upon Deputy arrival, a deceased individual was found. Case is currently under investigation

Arrested: James Harrelson, 59-year-old male from Elephante Butte New Mexico
On 03-03-2012 at about 11:20p.m. Deputies were dispatched to the area of Los Pinos and the West Frontage Road in reference to a black Chevrolet balzer driving reckless in the area. Deputies observed a black blazer in the area and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle after observing it swearving. Contact was made with th driver, Mr. harrelson and a DWI investigation was conducted. He was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest.

Location: State Road 502 at US Highway 84/285
Arrested: Marshall Naranjo, 20-year-old male from the Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County
On 03-03-2012 at about 10:47p.m. Mr. Naranjo's vehicle, a gray in color Ford 4-door car was observed swearving and almost striking the center barrier while traveling northbound on US 84/285. The vehicle turned onto State Road 502 where a traffic stop was conducted. The driver, Mr. Naranjo was found to be intoxicated after a DWI investigation was conducted. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: Tango Road (Pojoaque Area)
Stolen: Debit card, EBT Card, Social Security Card, $20 cash
Victim reported that on 3-2-12 her roommate stole items from her purse and stole the above stated items. Victim stated that the suspect used the cards without her consent. Case is still under investigation.
The above charges were valued at about $600.00

Stolen: Misc jewelry, $25 cash, two motor vehicle titles, checkbook
Victim reported that on 3-2-12 a friend was staying at her residence with her. She stated she left to run errands and when she returned home the friend departed the residence with her belongings. Case is still under investigation.
The above charges were valued at about $3,025.00

Charged: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Speeding (60/45),

On Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 3:15 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 60 Miles Per Hour in a posted 45 Mile Per Hour Zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached if he is not operating a vehicle equipped with an Ignition Interlock System. The vehicle is not so equipped. There was also an open bottle of Yukon Jack in the vehicle. The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Seizure Ordinance.

Location: 593 El Llano Road
Arrested: Chris Moya 48 years old
Deputies were dispatched to male subject passed out in a car at the above stated location. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail. Vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County ordinance.

Location: 4000 Rancho Carrera, SF, NM (Airport Road Area)
Suspect: Unknown
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a a fight, called in by a crime check female. Upon contact with victim, victim reports two males subjects knocked on his front window. Victim stated he opened the front door, at which point the suspects forced their way into the victims residence and hit him repeatedly with a golf club and a metal cooking pan all over his body. Suspects left prior to deputies arrival. Case still pending investigation.

Location: US 84/285 Mile Post 175 to 172, SF (Tesuque Area)
Suspect: David Perez-Mendoza 21 yoa male, SF, NM
Charges: Aggravated Fleeing Law Enforcement, DWI, Driving on a Revoked License, Leaving the scene of a crash, and Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle
Above suspect was a one of the passengers to a 2007 Gray Ford Focus. While the driver to the vehicle was being arrested the above suspect jumped into the drivers seat and fled southbound. Deputies and Tesuque Tribal Officers gave chase. At mile post 175 suspect jumped out of the vehicle while it was still moving and fled on foot. Vehicle had two other passengers which rolled across the highway striking the center barrier. Suspect was located and arrested on the above charges.

Suspect: German Alderete-Espinoza 21 yoa male, SF NM
Charged: DWI, and Roadways laned for Traffic
The above suspect was observed driving a 2007 Gray Ford Focus failing to maintain it's lane while traveling southbound on US 84/285 at Mile Marker 175. Vehicle was stopped and suspect submitted to Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was arrested, blood draw pending result.
