Arrested: Robert Jones, 20 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, October 9th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a driver appearing to be in need of medical services. Upon arrival, it was determined the above driver was impaired. The driver consented to SFSTs and signs of impairment were noted. The driver was subsequently arrested and he agreed to provide a blood sample. He was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 200 Block of Dinosaur Trail

Arrested: Anfernee Wilson 25 yoa  Albuquerque, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a MVA.  Above subject admitted to smoking marijuana and consuming an alcoholic beverage prior to driving. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrest and read the NM Implied Consent and agreed to submit to a chemical test and blew a .21, .21. Subject was charged and booked accordingly into ADC.

2021007694, Agg. DWI/Open container/Battery on a peace officer,10-8-2021

Arrested: Jolyn Martinez 38 yoa  Truchas, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to above subject possibly intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined above subject  was intoxicated and battered a peace officer.  SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. NM Implied Consent Advisory was read and subject blew a .26,.25 g/210L. Subject charged and booked at ADC.

2021007681 / Possession of a Controlled Substance / 10-8-21

The above subject was stopped for a traffic infraction and was later found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The above subject was arrested and booked.

2021007655/ Agg. DWI/ 10/7/21

Location: Mile post 173 US 84/285

Suspect: Kaylee Garduno

On the above date dispatch received a call of a wrong way driver in the area of mile post 173 on US 84/285.

Dispatched received a second call advising a crash had occurred. Deputies conducted a DWI investigation and found the driver to be impaired.  The implied consent advisory was read and the suspect later tested more than double the legal limit (.26 g/210L, .27 g/210L). The suspect was booked without incident.

2021007654/Receiving Stolen Property/10-06-2021

Arrested: Robert Ruiz Albuquerque, NM

Deputies conducted a welfare check on a stranded vehicle at the above mentioned location. A New Mexico registration check showed that the license plate was stolen out of Albuquerque. Above mentioned suspect was arrested and booked.

Arrested: Victor Montano Santa Fe, NM

 

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to an inmate possessing drugs. Corrections staff located what appeared to be heroin on the suspect's person, prior to transporting. Suspect was re-arrested.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property report.  Above subject admitted to damaging a pod window valued at $1,000.  Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on above subject for speeding. During the investigation, Deputy learned above subject was driving on a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

2021007590/ Larceny/ Recovered stolen motor vehicle

Charges: Larceny (over $20,000), Recovered stolen motor vehicle, Possession of Burglary Tools, etc.

Suspects: Victor Montano- 43 year old male, H/M from Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Tyrone Martin-49 year old, H/M from Santa Fe, NM

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call for service reference to a stolen tractor. The tractor was located at mile marker 180 on US 84-285. The two suspect were found in possession of stolen tractor and trailer. The suspect had stolen the tractor from a construction site in the City of Santa Fe. The property recovered was estimated to be worth over $62,000 according to the victims. Both suspects were booked without incident.
