On Monday, October 4th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area to assist the Tesuque Pueblo Police Department. Upon arrival, it was learned a Tesuque officer had pulled over a vehicle for a registration violation. While approaching the vehicle, Ronnie brandished a firearm and pointed it at the officer. He was subsequently disarmed and detained.. While continuing the investigation, another firearm was located in the vehicle. It was learned that Ray had possession of the gun but had given it to Ronnie to hide. Ray was found to have been previously convicted of a felony. Ronnie was placed under arrest for aggravated assault on a peace officer, tampering with evidence and negligent use of a deadly weapon. Ray was placed under arrest for being a felon in possession of a firearm and negligent use of a deadly weapon. Ray and Ronnie were both booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Police for a traffic violation. He was not native and they requested the Sheriff's Office. He showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He provided breath samples of .09/.08

Victim: 75 YOM, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing male. Upon arrival, medical personnel were performing life-saving measures on the victim. Life-saving measures were later ceased after no signs of life were observed. OMI responded to the scene to begin an investigation. At this time, the death appears natural and no foul play is suspected.

Suspect was vehicle was stopped for failing to maintain lanes. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. It was discovered the driver had at least 3 subsequent DUI convictions and a search warrant for his blood was obtained. He was booked.

Deputies assisted Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop for a non native subject. The driver showed signs of impairment and was booked. He refused chemical testing.

On Friday, October 1st, 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a not conscious and not breathing female. The caller stated CPR was in progress and that it may have been an overdose. Deputies arrived on scene and began life-saving measures until paramedics arrived. Paramedics then continued life-saving measures. To no avail, no signs of life were observed in the victim. OMI responded to the scene to conduct an investigation. No signs of foul play were observed.

Above listed suspect is a resident at the Adult Detention facility and was found to have an additional warrant for his arrest, listed above. He was re-booked.

Deputies were dispatched to the above mentioned location in reference to a larceny. The calling party advised that a previous tenant inquired about a tent which was located at the callers property. Within the last three days the tent went missing. Deputies will conduct follow up investigations.

Deputies were dispatched to the above mentioned location in reference to a burglary. The investigation showed that suspect(s) entered the above mentioned residence without permission and removed several items as listed above. Case is under investigation.
