Victim reported that between 10-19-2011 and 10-20-2011 some unknown person(s) burglarized their vehicle. Entry was gained through a unlocked door. Once inside the above items were stolen and the suspect(s) fled the area. Case is under investigation.

On 10/20/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that possibly between 10/1/11 and 10/16/11 his son in law may have taken several items from his residence due to him having access to the firearms. Victim stated that 4 firearms were stolen from the safe. Estimated value of items stolen is $5,100.00.

Location: 3300 block of Calle PoAePi, Santa Fe, NM (Casa Villita Apts.)
Victim: 59 year old hispanic female
On 10/20/11 deputies were dispatched to above location to conduct a welfare check on a tenant who resides in one of the apartments. Management contacted the victim's son who stated that he has not heard from his mother in 12 days. Management had not seen victim since 10/13/11. A welfare check was conducted and it was determined that the victim was deceased. No signs of foul play were found. OMI was contacted and took over investigation.

On 10/19/11 between 1000 and 1200 hours unknown persons entered victim's residence while the victim was asleep in the residence. Victim stated unknown persons gained entry through an unlocked window. Victim stated that unknown persons took a Playstation 3, Wii gaming system, black purse, $100 cash, Well Fargo bank card, Sam's club card, and a New Mexico Driver's License. Estimated value of items taken is $830.00.

October 19, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. Sometime today between the hours of 10:00am to 12:30pm unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry through an office window, damaging the window and window screen. Estimated damage was valued at $400.00. Once inside the above listed itmes were stolen from the residence. Case still under investigation.

Location: residence off of Santa Fe County Road 84C, Santa Fe, NM (El Rancho)
Victim: 55 year old hispanic male, Santa Fe, NM
On 10-19-11, deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a death investigation. Upon my arrival deputies met with victim's relative who advised that the family had last seen victim on Friday October 14th walking towards the above address. Today, one of the family members noticed a note on the front door of the home and went to check as to what the note said. Upon approaching the front door, they could smell a bad odor. Family then entered the home and found the above listed deceased on the couch in the living room. There did not appear to be any signs of foul play.

Location: residence off of Cuerno de Vaca, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 10/19/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a fraud. Victim stated she applied for a secret shopper job, but was later notified it was a scam. Victim stated she received two cashier's checks for $925.00 each. That instructions were given to her to fill out the proper information, take the checks to the bank and then wire the funds through Western Union. Victim followed all the instructions by going to her bank and then went to the Western Credit Union to wire the funds to critique Western Credit Union performance and customer service. Victim stated she received a letter from her telling her the two checks valued at $925.00 were returned on the basis of being a Counterfeit Money Orders. Victim lost $1850.00 out of her bank account.

On October 19, 2011 the above suspect was taken into custody at the above location
on a warrant issued by Santa Fe Magistrate Court on the charge of Residential Burglary,
Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property and Conspiracy.

On 10/18/2011 between the hours of 9:30pm and 11:40pm unknown suspect forced entry into the victim's home and stole prescription medication and electronics. The suspect also entered a shed on the property and stole a tool box with misc. tools.

On 11/18/2011 between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:00pm unknown suspect entered the victims unlocked vehicle and stole the above listed property.
