Suspect was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and he displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and he was arrested. Suspect submitted to chemical testing with the results being .14, .15. Suspect was booked into jail.

Deputies responded to location in reference to domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Victim stated that suspect hit her and choked her. Victim stated that suspect then crashed into her vehicle twice before making an aggressive movement while driving his vehicle as if he were going to run over her child. Suspect was located and was found to be impaired due to an intoxicant. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was charged accordingly

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT LOST CONTROLL OF HIS VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A WALL. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. SUSPECT TRYED TO CONCEAL HIS INVOLVEMENT OF THE CRASH AND THEN TRYED TO FIGHT WITH OFFICERS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO A BREATH TEST. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Suspect arrived at home agitated and began yelling at parents. Suspect punched holes in the interior walls and when approached by a parent suspect struck parent with a closed fist in the face area. Suspect then grabbed a guitar and began swinging it at the parent. Suspect was incarcerated after notifying JPO.

Deputies were dispatched to location in regards to a Domestic Disturbance. Upon deputies arrival it was learned that the suspect was verbally arguing with family. Suspect then approached family and while intoxicated made aggressive movements as if he were going to physically strike out at the family. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail. Upon arriving at the jail the suspect swung his head backwards and struck the deputy in the forehead. Suspect was charged accordingly .

CHARGES: BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER - SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTIES WERE SENT DUE TO A FIGHT IN PROGRESS. DEPUTIES ARRIVED AND FOUND THROUGH INVESTIGATION THAT THE ABOVE LISTED PERSONS WERE INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT. DURING ARGUMENT SUSPECT GRABBED MALE BY THE HAIR AND STARTED PULLING IT OUT AS SHE TRYED TO FORCE HIM OUT OF THE HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER. MALE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Location: residence off of Hill Trail, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)
On 10/16/11 the homeowner was advised by the neighbor that the back door was kicked in. The neighbor had checked the residence on 10/13/11 at about 1000 hours and everything was fine. The neighbor checked the residence yesterday at 1205 hours and noticed the damage and contacted the complainant. The complainant stated that unknown persons took an cast iron wood heater and a red in color punching bag. Estimated value of items taken is $400.00. Estimated damage amount $100.00.
