Victim reported that an unknown suspect unlawfully stole his identity. He states that he applied for unemployment to learn that a suspect used his personal information for employment in Saint Louis between 04.01.2010 until 03.31.2011. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 10-5-2011 at 1830 hrs and 10/10/11 0600 hrs some unknown person unlawfully entered his shed by unknown means and stole the above listed items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office

On October 10, 2011 between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00pm unknown person(s) gained unlawful/ forced entry into the above location's workshop.  Entry was gained through a not securely locked dead bolt of the workshop door.  Once inside the above items were stolen.  Case still under investigation.

Vehicle: 1997 Nissan SUV  Tan

 Vehicle was stopped by Deputy after observing traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver and he was found to be impaired. Subject was administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Suspect after being arrested kicked Deputy in an attempt to injure the deputy. Suspect was transported to jail and booked accordingly. Results of the testing were .09, .09

Location: 4000 Block Agua Fria Street        Santa Fe,NM

Suspect: Maria Barela     Age: 34       Santa Fe,NM

Deputies responded to location in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned that the listed suspect had shattered the kitchen window to the home and then fled. The suspect was located a short time later operating a motor vehicle and was impaired due to intoxicant. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail.
