Location:  residence off of Camino Espejo, Santa Fe, NM (Pinon Hills Subdivision)

On 10/7/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that she left the residence at around 0825 and returned at 1100 hours.  Victim stated that when she returned she found the front door open in which she locked it when she left.  Victim stated that suspects entered several bedrooms and removed items from the dresser drawers.  Victim stated that gold cuff links, a Cartier ring, 3 wrist watches, a HP laptop, and a 32" flatscreen TV were taken.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Estimated value of items taken is $3130.00.

Case#: 0211015088/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 10/7/11

Location:  2300 block of Casa Rufina, Santa Fe, NM (Casa Rufina Apts.)

On 10/7/11 deputy received an email from complainant.  Complainant advised that her father had passed away on 9/24/11 at the above location.  Complainant stated that a neighbor contacted her and advised her she had seen a male and a female enter her father's residence via the back sliding door and took 16 guitars.  Complainant advised that the suspects loaded the items into a white in color vehicle.  It is unknown how entry was gained into the residence.  Estimated value of items taken is $4119.50.

Case#: 0211015083/ Larceny/ Date: 10/7/11

Location:  4000 block of La Carrera, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Carrera Apts.)

On 10/7/11 victim reported that he invited a female over to his residence to hang out.  Victim stated the female fell asleep at his residence.  Victim stated that he left his residence at 0830 hours and the female was asleep.  Victim stated he returned at 1130 hours and that the female had left and took some of his belongings with her.  Victim stated the female took about $200.00 in quarters, 50 DVD's and various Herbalife dietary supplements,  Estimated value of items taken is $1113.50.

0211015068, Agg. Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage, 10/07/11

Location: 200 block of Camino Los Abuelos (County Road 42 off of State Road 14)

Stolen: 9mm Sig arms handgun, 1950's Trumpet, 65" LG flatscreen tv, 18" LG flatscreen tv, green aviation bag (total: $14,050)

Damaged: front window

On this date entry was gained through the front window causing damage.  Once inside the suspect(s) took the above items and fled the scene.Case is under investigation.

0211015072, Abandonment or abuse of a child (X2), 10/07/11

Commander Assigned: Lt. M. Post

Location: San Pedro Way (Valle Vista)

Suspect: Melissa Tsosie, 49yoa female, Santa Fe

Suspect: Aaron Beralley, 27yoa male, Santa Fe

On 10/07/11 Lt. Post was dispatched to the area of San Pedro Way, (Valle Vista) in regards to a possible dog bite upon a child.  Upon arrival it was learned that no dog bite had occured and it was found that the above two listed persons were highly intoxicated and unable to care for the child in question.  Upon arrest of suspect(s) the child was returned to its parents for care.  Suspects arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

CASE 0211015108 / AGGRAVATED DWI - FAILURE TO STOP / 10-08-2011

LOCATION:  AGAU FRIA - SAN YSIDRO CROSSING

ARRESTED:  JONATHAN L. BRANNON, 46 YOA MALE, ALBUQUERQUE AREA

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI, FAILURE TO STOP

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA AND FAILER TO STOP AT STOP SIGN.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING.  SUSPECT SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT AND WAS ARRESTED.  SUSPECT REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO A BREATH TESTING.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTEED CHARGES.  HIS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Location:  200 block of Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 10/6/11 between the hours of 0930 and 1730  unknown persons gained forced entry through a front window at the above residence.  Once inside unknown persons took a Samsung plasma TV from the entertainment center.  Unknown persons broke a glass shelf when they were removing the TV.  Estimated value of the items taken is $2500.00.  Estimated damage amount is $60.00.
