On 10/6/11 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated that someone unlawfully entered his residence through the back door between the hours of 1300 and 1600 on 10/5/11. Victim stated the suspects broke the plywood which covered the window on the back door and unlocked the door. Victim stated that a silver rope chain and prescription medication were taken. Estimated value of items taken is $800.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

Sometime between the hours of 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on Thursday October 6, 2011, suspect gained entry into the residence through a bedroom window after damaging the outside screen. Once inside the suspect stole a Sony DVD player and left the residence through the back door. Estimated value of items stolen is $39.99. Estimated damage amount is $20.00.

On 10-6-11, deputy was dispatched to the above address. Victim who stated he had left his home at 0430 this morning and returned at 1750 to find the back door of his home wide open. Upon entering his home, he noticed his living room window open and damaged. Victim stated the 47" flatscreen tv missing from the wall. While walking through the house he noticed the other two tv's missing from the master bedroom and his daughters room. Estimated value of items taken is $1400.00. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.

beverages to minors and a warrant issued by the Superior Court of Arizona on the charge
of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a report of an attempted burglary. Victim said she heard a loud banging noise coming from within the home. Victim said that she went to investigate and found two males attempting to gain entry into her home through the front door. Victim said that she began to push the door closed after the suspects had opened the door and began to enter. Victim was able to scare the males before they made full entry. Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a male subject who appeared to be deceased. Upon arrival Deputies located the victim who appeared to have been deceased for several days in the home. Office of the Medical Investigator responded to scene and assisted in the case.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was found to be unresponssive. During the Deputies investigation it was determined that the male had an extensive medical history. The Office of the Medical Investigator was called and assisted in the case.

On 10/5/11 victim reported that on 9/28/11 she applied for a job through Craigslist internet job posting. Victim stated she was hired by a male subject who stated that her first job was to cash a check using her bank account. Victim stated that the suspect sent her a check for the amount of $2, 988.00 and that she was suppose to keep $600.00 out of it and wire the rest of the money to an address in Allantown, PA. Victim learned that the check was fraudulent because her account was overdrawn. Victim does not have any information on the suspect.

Suspect: Frank Montoya, age 48, Edgewood, NM
Charged: Battery on a household member (2 counts)
On 10/5/11 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim#2 stated taht suspect pushed her down to the ground because she did not get up immediately when asked to do a chore. Victim #1 advised when she intervened the suspect punched her in the left area of the face. Suspect admitted to striking both victims, Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
