Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference a Battery incident. Victim reported that his brother in law struck him several times while he had jumper cables wrapped around his hands. Victim lost four teeth, and had several bumps on his head. He was transported to Espanola Hospital for treatment. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with no findings. Suspect is pending further investigation.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 9:00 PM, IDENTIFIED SUSPECT ENTERED HIS HOUSE THROUGH A DOG DOOR AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. VICITM REPORTED THAT HE TALKED WITH THE SUSPECT WHO CLEANS HIS HOUSE, AT ABOUT 6:30 PM AND SHE KNEW THAT HE WAS TAKING HIS WIFE OUT TO DINNER. SUSPECT HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED AT THIS TIME. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS ARGUING WITH VICTIM WHEN HE RAISED HIS HAND AS IF HE WAS GOING TO HIT HER, SO SHE CALLED TO REPORT IT. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.
