On September 28, 2011 deputies responded to the above address in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reports his 2008 Blue in color Ford F350 was broken into sometime between September 24, 2011 and September 27, 2011 unknown person(s) gained forced entry by breaking out the rear sliding glass window. The above item was taken from within the vehicle. Estimated value of damage: $1,500.00. Case still under investigation.

On September 28, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to residential burglary. Victim reported sometime on September 27, 2011 between the hours of 10:00am and 3:30pm suspect(s) gained unauthorized/ forced entry through a window by cutting a screen with an unknown object. The above items were taken from within the home. Estimated value of damage $150.00. Case still under investigation.

Deputies responded to Calle Corrazi and met with UPS driver who stated he delivered package to wrong address and person at residence ficticiously signed for package. When mistake was realized driver returned to address and located package on the ground. UPS personnel report package not tampered with but missing some of the contents. Case is under investigation.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, FAILURE TO STOP
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTY STOPPED SUSPECT FOR FAILURE TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. DEPUTY FOUND OUT THAT THE DRIVER HAD BEEN DRINKING AND REQUESTED A DWI OFFICER TO COME AND TAKE OVER INVESTIGATION. AFTER INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH TEST WHEN REQUESTED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED

Charges: (Suspect 1)Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, and Criminal Damage to Property, and Driving on a Suspended Revoked License(Suspect 2) Burglary, Cospiracy to Commit Burglary, and Criminal Damage to Property.
On September 27, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival the suspects had fled the area. Witnesses observed the above suspects kicked in the front door at which time gained entry. Causing damage to the front door jamb. Suspects vehicle and above suspects were later located by deputies. Above suspects were charged and booked on the above charges. Suspect 1's vehicle was seized and towed to the Sheriff's Office. Estimated value of damage $500.00.

On September 27, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim reported sometime between 6:30am and 2:30pm today suspects gained entry through a open window at the south end of the home. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Above driver was found to have marijuana in his possession. He was booked for possession of marijuana into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Phillip Lorredo Age: 61 Edgewood NM
Deputies responded to domestic dispute and learned that Phillip Lorredo had pointed a loaded rifle at a household member and then fled. An Arrest Warrant was drafted and Lorredo was later apprehended without incident near the town of Madrid by Sheriff"s Deputies.

ARRESTED: ARACELY DOMINGUEZ, 18YOA FEMALE SANTA FE AND A 17 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR, RECKLESS DRIVING AND MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL.
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING RECKLESSLY AND FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. SUSPECT WAS PASSING A SANTA FE CITY POLICE OFFICER AND TOOK OFF WHEN HE OBSERVED OFFICER TURNING AROUND. SUSPECT MADE A QUICK LEFT HAND TURN AND RAN INTO THE SIDE OF ANOTHER SANTA FE CITY POLICE OFFICER CAUSING MAJOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHCILES. SANTA FE CITY OFFICER WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. SUSPEC WAS 17 YOA AND WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED, AND IN POSSESSION OF BEER. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND AFTER BEING CHECKED AT THE HOSPITAL HE WAS BOOKED AT THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER. SUSPECTS PASSENGER, LISTED ABOVE WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND ALSO IN POSSESSION OF BEER. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THEY WENT TO A PARTY AND REMOVED SOME BEER AND LEFT DUE TO GETTING INTO AN ARGUMENT. SUSPECT LISTED ABOVE WAS ARRESTED FOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELIQUENCY OF A MINOR, POSSESSION ALCOHOL AND OPEN CONTAINER. SHE WAS BOOKED INTO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. BOTH VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
