ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO LOCATION DUE TO A COMMERCIAL BURGLARY. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT HAD BROKEN A LARGE WINDOW, ENTERED AND REMOVED SOME PRESCRIPTION PILLS AND RAN FROM THE AREA. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED A SHORT TIME LATER AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE SOME OF THE PRESCRIPTIONS IN HIS POCKET AND WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION AFTER A DRUNK BUSTER TIP. SUSPECT WAS FOUND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER AND HAD BEEN DRINKING. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER DWI INVESTIGATION AND REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO A BREATH TESTING. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Suspect: Olivia Montoya, age 67, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Criminal Trespass, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
On 9/24/11 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival contact was made with the suspect who began yelling at these deputies and was attempting to tell her story. After several attempts to get the story it was learned that the suspect was attempting to gain entry into her son's shed without permission. Suspect was told before not to come onto the property. Deputies advised suspect to leave premises and she refused. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe county Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Bribery or intimidation of a witness, Driving on a suspended/revoked Driver's License
On 9/23/11 at approximately 1836 hours, deputies were dispatched to El Llano Road to meet with a victim of an aggravated assault which occurred on 9/19/11. Victim stated today that he received a call from the suspect's brother wanting to meet with him at his (suspect) residence. Victim stated that he told suspect to meet at his victim's grandparents residence. Victim stated that if he would have gone over to suspects residence he would have probably shot at him. Deputies and State Police were attempting to locate the suspect and observed him driving west on State Road 76. A traffic stop was conducted and it was learned that the suspect was driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked accordingly.

Location: 6300 block of Calle Vencejo, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)
On 9/23/11 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe Place Mall to meet with the victim in reference to an after the fact domestic. Victim stated that she was involved in an argument with her husband after breakfast. She stated that she wanted to end her marriage. Victim stated that as they were arguing outside her husband went to the vehicle and pulled a handgun and pointed it at her head. Suspect was not located at this time. An arrest warrant was issued for the suspect.

Victim: 58 year old male
On 9/25/11 deputy was dispatched to the above location. While deputy was enroute, medics arrived on scene and stated that the victim was deceased. Victim's friend went over to check on the victim today at around noon and called 911. There did not appear to be signs of foul play and the victim had a lengthy medical history. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation.

ARRESTED: JOSE RODRIGUEZ, 36 YOA MALE, LA CEINEGA AREA
CHARGES: BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR, DISORDERLY CONDUCT
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE SENT TO A LOUD PARTY CALL. DEPUTYS FOUND THE PARTY AND SEVERAL VEHICLE BLOCKING THE NORTH BOUND LANES OF LOS PINOS ROAD. DEPUTYS MADE CONTACT WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER WHO WAS HAVING THE PARTY AND FOUND WHERE HE WAS GIVING ALCOHOL TO UNDER AGE PERSONS. SEVERAL UNDER AGE DRINKER DROPPED THEIR BEER'S AND RAN FROM THE AREA SO ONE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED TO OPEN UP THE ROADWAY. PARTY WAS SHUT DOWN AND SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

CHARGES: ASSAULT AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER & RESISTING AN OFFICER
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED 911 TO REPORT THAT SHE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER HUSBAND. DEPUTYS ARRIVED AND INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE VICTIM AND HER HUSBAND WERE ARGUING ABOUT HER TALKING WITH ANOTHER MAN. SUSPECT THREW A BEER AND WAS ASSAULTING VICTIM, WHEN SHE CALL FOR HELP. SUSPECT THEN LOCKED HIMSELF INSIDE OF THE GARAGE AND REFUSED TO COME OUT AND TALK WITH DEPUTY'S. SUSPECT WAS REMOVED FROM THE GARAGE AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ON THIS DATE, IT WAS REPORTED AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. SUSPECT (S) BROKE OUT A SMALL WINDOW OF THE HOUSE AND REMOVED THE TV, THEN THEY ENTERED THE DETACHED GARAGE AND REMOVED THE TOOLS AND CHAIN SAW. THIS HAPPENED BETWEEN 09-20-2011 AND THIS DATE. ITEMS VALUED AT $3,200.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS ATTACKED BY HIS GIRL FRIEND. DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT SUSPECT HAD BITTEN VICTIM AND DURING THE ATTACK. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.
