ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT. DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THAT THE SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING. DWI OFFICER WAS CALLED IN TO TAKE OVER THE INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR DWI (.11 BrAC) AND SHE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, FAILURE TO STOP, REISTING AN OFFICER, CARELESS DRIVING
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT STOP SIGN. SUSPECT CONTINUED WEST ON AGUA FRIA FAILING TO STOP FOR OFFICER FOR ALMOST A MILE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. AFTER FEILD TESTING WAS COMPLETED AND DRIVER SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH TESTING AS REQUIRED BY THE IMPLIED CONSENT ACT. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On 9/22/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 9/19/11 at 1900 hours and today's date unknown persons unlawfully entered his vehicle and stole a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun from within. Victim stated that he locked his vehicle but his kids play with the keys and may have left the door unlocked. Estimated value of the handgun is $459.00.

Location: 1700 block of San Ysidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)
On 9/22/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he had left his home at 0915 hours and his mother in law returned at 1415 hours to find the front door unlocked. Upon looking through the house a window screen was taken off and the glass was in the spare bedroom. Unknown suspects then went through the residence and took misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $2935.00. Estimated damage amount is pending.
