ON THIS DATE INTOXICATED VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS WALKING AT THE INTERSECTION LISTED ABOVE, WHEN A WHITE IN COLOR tOYOTA PICKUP STOPPED AND TWO FEMALES AND TWO MALE GOT OUT AND BEAT HIM UP AND TOOK HIS CELL PHONE AND EAR BUDS FOR HIS CELL PHONE AND THEN THEY DROVE OFF.  VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TEATMENT.  VICTIM KEPT CHANGING HIS INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF WHERE THIS MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

CASE 0211014396 / FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD SNF LSRCENY / 09-25-2011

LOCATION:  SR 14 & VISTA DEL MONTY, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  THREE CREDIT CARDS AND OBTAINED $250.00 VALUE OF ITEMS ON CARDS

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM STATED HE GAVE A RIDE TO SUSPECT TO THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION AROUND 2:30 PM.  LATER ON IN THE DAY HIS BANK CALLED HIM AND WAS ASKING ABOUT $250.00 WORTH OF CHARGES AT A STORE IN SANTA FE.  VICTIM FOUND OUT THAT THREE OF HIS CREDIT CARDS WERE USED AND THE AMOUNT WAS $250.00.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

CASE 0211014412 / BATTERY OF HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS / 09-26-2011

ARRESTED:  ABEL BRYAN MERAZ, 27 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  BATTERY OF HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT THAT HER EX-BOYFRIEND CAME TO HER HOUSE INTOXICATED AND HIT HER IN THE HEAD BECAUSE SHE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE.  DURING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS LOCATED PASSED OUT INSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE  A FEW STREETS OVER.  SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFED AND FOUND TO HAVE TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST AND INTOXICATED.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
