On 04-30-2011 contact was made with the above listed defendant after he was observed standing outside his vehicle westbound lanes of travel vomiting. During the course of contact with him it was found that he was impaired by an intoxicant.

Suspect was stop for a traffic violation, during the course of the traffic stop Deputy discovered suspect had an outstanding warrant out of the Texas Youth Commission for absconding. The Juvenile Probation Office was notified and authorized incarceration of above listed suspect. Juvenile was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

Stolen: 1995 Toyota Camry Gold in color (KYK-122)
Victim reported that on April 16th 2011 she handed a mechanic $800.00 to fix her car. He took the vehicle and disappeared. The victim stated that she has attempted to contact the mechanic since said date and never could get a hold of him. This case is pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $10,000.00

Stolen: one necklace with 1 carrot diamond and one diamond ear ring with 1 carrot diamond
Between March 18th 2011 at 8:00 am and sometime on April 1st 2011 someone removed the above stated items from the above stated location. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at under $4500.00

This case is active and pending further investigation where a suspect was caught on video surveillance removing the above stated items from the above stated location. The Sheriff’s Department is in the process of contacting the suspect.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (65 year old male) was found unresponsive by a family member. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Victim stated that on this date sometime between 8:00 and 12:00noon some unknown person unlawfully entered the residence and stole the above listed items from the victim’s residence.

Deputies responded to an activated alarm at a business. Upon arrival Deputies discovered the glass to the front door had been shattered. Upon further investigation it was discovered the suspect(s) entered the business and stole the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: David Fazenbaker, Age 60, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival Deputy discovered that there had not been a motor vehicle crash but did observed the above suspect to have signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined above suspect was impaired. Deputy arrested above listed suspect and booked him into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
