Deputy responded to location in regards to a recovery of a stolen vehicle. Victim stated that she had reported her vehicle stolen earlier to the sheriffs Office and that the suspects returned her vehicle in working condition. Deputy processed the vehicle and case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Alejandro Garcia-Valenzuela Age 22 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies responded to area of Las Lomas Drive in reference to a report of a male subject sreaming and a loud thumping noise. Upon arriving Deputies located a vehicle with heavy front end damage and a male subject hiding underneath a vehicle. The male subject was the registered owner of the vehicle and was found to have in his possession suspected cocaine and marijuana. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: David Romero Age:23 Santa Fe, NM
Listed driver was observed by Deputy traveling on the wrong side of the roadway. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and upon contacting the driver he was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested and refused chemical testing.

Arrested: Christina Peter Age:33 Cerrillos New Mexico
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on above listed suspect while operating a motor vehicle for failing to dim the headlamps. During the traffic stop Deputy observed signs of impairment from the above listed suspect. Tests were conducted and above listed suspect was found to be impaired. Above listed suspect refused to take any further tests, was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ARRESTED: ARLO D. HARMAN, 40 YOA CERRILLOS AREA
CHARGES: RESISTING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER , DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, OPEN CONTAINER, FAILURE TOO STOP, IMPROPER USE OF REGISTRATION.
DEPUTY OBSERVED VEHICLE FAIL TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. SUSPECT LISTED ABOVE THEN FAILED TO STOP FOR DEPUTY. SUSPECT STOPPED AT A FAMILY MEMBERS HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN CONTAINER, DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, IMPROPER USE OF REGISTRATION, NO INSURANCE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THEADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On 4/1/11 victim wanted to report that an unknown person had kicked the passenger side door to her Ford Taurus. Victim stated that this occurred between 03/31/11 at 2100 hours and 4/1/11 at 1800 hours. Victim estimated the damage amount to be about $1000.00.

On 4/1/11 victim reported that an unknown suspect entered her residence through an unlocked door and stole all the keys to her house and vehicles. Victim stated that suspect took off in her vehicle which is a 2000 Ford Explorer white in color. Estimated value of the vehicle is $8000.00. No damage to the residence.

On 4/1/11 victim advised that sometime about a year and a half ago an unknown male stole her vehicle which is a 1992 Ford Taurus gray in color. Victim stated that a person she knows had taken the vehicle to a location off of Siler Road prior to being stolen. Estimated value of the vehicle is $5000.00.

Victim reported an unknown person stole her Direct Express Debit Card from her purse sometime within the past couple of days. Victim was unsure of exaxctly when or where the theft took place. The injestigation is ongoing.

Victim reported that sometime between 3/31/11 9:00pm and 3/31/11 10:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his vehicle by breaking the back window and stole the above listed items as the vehicle were parked in the victims driveway
The items stolen/damaged were valued at under $300.00
