arrested: Shawn Rauber 56 yoa Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to  a 911 hang up call.  During the course of the investigation, it was learned the above suspect struck his mother in the face with an open hand several times and broke a vase.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Michael Flores 32 Santa Fe NM

Suspect was stopped for a stop sign violation, showed signs of intoxication and was ultimately taken into custody for DUI. It was discovered he was 3 prior DUI's making this a felony. He provided breath samples of .12/.12

Suspect: Lawrence Duran / 29yom / Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. Signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

2021005202,Agg. assault against a HHM/ Battery against a HHM/ Cruelity to animals, 6-23-2021

Location: I 25 MM 271

Arrested: Eugene Miera 50 yoa Rio Rancho , NM

Deputies proceeded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  It was learned above suspect threatened to strike his mother with a metal pipe and struck her on her right side of the face with a closed fist.  In addition, the suspect picked up the victims dog from the back seat and threw the dog out of the window of the vehicle while the vehicle was in motion.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

2021005199 / LARCENY / 6-23-21

Location: Bauer Rd.

Deputies were dispatched to a larceny at the above location. It was learned sometime between 6-19-2021 and 6-21-2021 an unknown subject entered a jobsite and stole a Walker Jumping jack which is valued at $3,900. The case in under investigation.

Vehicle: Maroon, 2004 Chevy Avalanche, NM AZAN73

On Tuesday June 22, 2021 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The victim stated between the hours of midnight and 10:00 AM on June 22, 2021 the listed vehicle was stolen from the above location by an unknown person.

 The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Location: Residence off Bishops Lodge Road

Stolen: Christmas decorations and several pairs of shoes

On 6-21-21 the victim reported sometime within the past month someone broke a window and entered their guest house.  The above items were stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female attempting to steal a vehicle. Deputies arrived on scene and located the suspect. She was placed under arrest and booked into Jail.

Deceased: 94 year old female, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female subject unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and found no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. Female had a history of medical issues.

Deceased: 29 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a female subject unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and found no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. Female had a history of drug use.
