Suspects vehicle was displaying a license plate that belonged to  a different vehicle, A traffic stop was conducted and the driver had a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. Suspect was arrested and taken to Jail.

Location: Camino Torcido Loop, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: 43 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject unconscious and not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and found no signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. The deceased was transported for an autopsy.

2021004583/Aggravated Battery on a Household Member/05-31-2021

Arrested: Corina Foust, 27 YOF

On Monday, May 31st, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, a male was found with injuries to his leg and abdomen. The victim advised he had been run over by his girlfriend. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect advised she didn't see him when she was backing up a sedan. The suspect was placed under arrest and was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen: Rolex Watch ($38,000)

On Sunday, May 30th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised an unknown subject entered his hotel room and stole the above mentioned item. This case remains under investigation.

On Sunday, May 30, 2021 at about 00:39am, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing male. Upon arrival, no signs of life were observed in the male. OMI was summoned to the scene. The cause of death is unknown at this time, as this matter is still under investigation.

Suspect was operating a vehicle with an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted and she had a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. Suspect was booked into jail.

Suspect crashed her vehicle. The passenger of the vehicle was injured during the incident. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
