Stolen: Phillips 42" Flatscreen TV, value $1000.00

  Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:30am and 4:40pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence and stole his flat screen TV. Forced entry was made through the back door of the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Arrested: Fred Lopez - age 39, Santa Fe, NM

On 3-21-10, at about 10:52pm, dispatch received a call from a citizen, reporting a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle at the above location and stopped the vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Contact with the driver was made and he exhibited several signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test - results .21 and .21. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Frank Ybarra  Age: 55   Madrid

Frank Ybarra was arrested for DWI after he was found to be intoxicated and in control of his 1992 Ford pick-up.  Upon arrest it was discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and a loaded firearm.  His bac. .08 or greater.  He was  booked accordingly.

Victim reports 2004 Green Jeep Chk  NM 510PSJ was taken from the residence sometime between yesterday and today by unknown means.  Vehicle entered into NCIC.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports that a Kodiak YMF ATV, gray in color and a Polaris 700 ATV black/white in color were taken from the property my unknown means this date.  Both ATVs entered into NCIC.  Case is under investigation.

Location : 6000 block of Agua Fria Street, Santa Fe NM

 On this date deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a death investigation of an elderly male. Upon preliminary investigation death appears to be of natural causes there were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Location: 7510 Airport Rd. SFNM

Suspect: Andrew Valencia 38yoa

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the Shell Convienent store regarding a male subject who had left the store without paying for two 30 packs of beer.  Officer continued to search the area for the suspect who was later located on Alle Lazo Erante.  The beer was located in plain view and the suspect was arrested.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

0210002236 Aggtravated Battery on a Household Member 03-21-10

Lcoation: 2833 NM State Highway 14, Santa Fe, NM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation.  Upon arrival, victim advised that while at home with her live-in boyfriend identified as Mr. Zachary Wolf, they began to argue.  The arguement escallated into Mr. Wolf allegedy striking the victim with a closed fist on the face and head causing injury.  The victim was transported by ambulance to St. Vincent's Medical Center for treatment.  An arrest warrant was obtained on Mr. Wolf.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Location: Canoncito, NM

Victim: 21 year old male - Santa Fe, NM

Deputies made contact with the victim at St. Vincent's Hospital. The victim stated he was at a party and was observing a fight. The fight grew closer to him and at one point, he felt himself get stabbed in the back. He was driven to the hospital by another individual and was admitted for treatment. Suspects in this case are still unknown and the investigation is ongoing.

Location: Sagebrush Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Daniel Gomez - age 28, Santa Fe, NM

On 3-21-10, Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. The investigation led Deputies to believe that the above subject battered his girlfriend. /The girlfriend was uninjured and Mr. Gomez  was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.
