Stolen: Harmony Guitar, Guitar Cords, Tuners and Mini-Amplifier
Unknown suspects entered the victim’s vehicle and stole the above items. The small windows were left open in the vehicle.

Case#: 0210002139/ Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon/ Date: 03/18/10

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Stephen Orr

Commander entering:  Sgt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  341 Caja Del Rio, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Alejandro Romero-Hernandez, age 37, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon

On 3/18/10 victim and suspect were involved in a physical altercation at the above location.  During the altercation the suspect armed himself with a screwdriver and stabbed the victim on the arm and torso.  Victim sustained minor non-life threatening injuries and signed a medical refusal with Santa Fe City Med 4.  Suspect was located at the scene and was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0210002142/ Recovered stolen motor vehicle, Arson/ Date: 3/18/10

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Andrew Quintana

Location:  Santa Fe County Road 56C, Santa Fe, NM (Camel Tracks)

On 3/18/10 deputies were dispatched to the above mentioned location in reference to a burnt vehicle.  Upon arrival vehicle identification number revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Santa Fe Zia Kia on 3/1/10 in which Santa Fe Police Dept handled the report.  Owner was notified.  Vehicle was towed and recovered. Vehicle was a 2009 Kia sportage.

Case#: 0210002131/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 03/18/10

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Andrew Quintana

Location:  residence off of Mesa Encantado, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque area)

Deputies responded to an intrusion alarm on 3/18/10.  Upon deputies arrival, deputies located a damaged open window.  Victim was notified and advised that nothing appeared to have been stolen.  Estimated damage amount is about $500.00.

Case#: 0210002138/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 03/18/10

Location:  3800 block of Madison Road, Santa Fe, NM (Riverside MHP)

Victim stated sometime between 1300 hours on 3/17/10 and 1300hours on 3/18/10 unknown persons burglarized her residence.  Forced entry was made through the front door by kicking it. Victim stated that unknown suspects took a Ryobi cordless drill and a cordless skill saw.  Value of items taken is $300.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Arrested" Ruben Ramirez age: 45

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

On 03-18-10 the above individual was involved in a physical altercation with a household member. During the altercation the victim recieved a scratch to their nose. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

02100002126 Bringing Contraband Into Jail 3/17/10

Arrested: Schlief, Jon DOB: 12/2/74 Charges: Bringing Contraband Into a Place of Imprisonment
Subject was arrested on a Warrant by the Santa Fe Police Department. A few hours after being booked a small amount of a black tar substance was located in his possession at the Detention Center. This substance field tested positive for heroin.

Missing Child***Alexandria Bliss Smith***DOB: 5/10/05 Description: 3 ft tall, 30 to 40 lbs, Short Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes, wearing a multi-colored sweater dress, pink socks, and a purple canvas high top Shoes.
Last seen with: Samuel Quezada, age 30’s. Description: 506 ft tall, Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes, Blue Jeans, Black t-shirt. Black Hooded-Sweatshirt, Short Full Beard, last seen driving a 1990’s Primer Black in color, Honda Accord, with Colorado Temporary Tags)
Child was taken by above father after a domestic argument between parents. The above father has no legal rights to child and is not listed on birth documents. Several Alerts were sent out to locate child and father. *This case is under investigation*

Victim reported that on March 15, 2010 at approximately 1:30 p.m. an unknown person stole a rented Arbor snow board valued at $750.00, as he left it unattended near the ski lift area.  No further information is available at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:45 a.m. on 3-15-2010 and 12:00 p.m. today an unknown person(s) gained entry into an apartment by unknown means (no force) and stole misc. clothing, misc. jewelry and a DVD player with a total value of $1,375.00.  No further information is available at this time.
