0210001654 Burglary 03-01-10

 On 03-01-10 at approximately 1:49 pm the victim reported that someone had broke in to her residence and stole $500.00 in coins. A suspect vehicle being a 1988 grey Toyota Corrolla was seen living the area.

Location:  residence off of Estates Drive, Santa Fe, NM (Salva Tierra)

Sometime between 1300 hours and 1800 hours last date (2/28/10), unknown persons attempted to gain entry into the residence by kicking and breaking the rear garage window.  Owner suspects they were scared off by her dog and no entry was gained.  Estimated damage amount is about $500.00.

Location of Incident: Cerro Cr. Lamy, NM 87540

Victim: 37-year-old male

 

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a medical call.  Upon officers arrival a male subject was located deceased in a rear bedroom of the residence.  Medical personnel checked the male although there were no signs of life.  At this time there does not appear the be any signs of foul play.  Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Location:  residence off of Calleja Miramontes, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 2/28/10 victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into the garage by breaking a piece of sheetrock.  Victim stated unknown persons stole an air compressor and a chain saw.  Victim stated that inside the residence a tile saw was taken.  Estimated value of items taken is $1300.00.  Estimated damage amount is $100.00

Location: Calle Nueva Vista Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: DVD, PSP, Diamond Ring, $146.00 in US Currency

Value: $1,640.00

On 02-28-2010 the victim reported that her boyfriend had stolen the above items. According to the victim she had been staying with her boyfriend at his residence. The victim reported the relationship had ended and she left the residence. The victim stated that before she left the residence her boyfriend had taken the items and placed them at unknown locations. This case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: 50” Sanyo LCD and 26” LCD, value $1,100
Victim reported that someone broke into their home and stole the above items. Forced entry was made into the home through the front door.

Arrested: Christina Points DOB: 7/23/87 Charges: Poss. of Heroin
Contact was made with above arrested subject at a home where several probation offenders. The suspect allowed her purse to be searched. The purse contained a small amount of suspected heroin.

Victim reported that the above residence was burglarized and the above item was stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

Stolen Items: Black Purse and it’s contents, including checks
Victim reported that her vehicle was burglarized while parked at a business located, off Airport Road. The passenger window to the vehicle was broken into. No suspect information is available.

Arrested: Christopher Lujan DOB: 8/10/85 Charges: Burglary and larceny
Stolen Items: 20 inch TV, value $350
Victim reported that their home was broken into and a television taken. Deputy Webb encountered the above suspect at the location. The suspect had the stolen property in his possession and admitted to the burglary.
