Victim reported that unknown person’s burglarized her vehicle while parked at a business, off Airport Road. The thieves stole her purse and several blank checks. The vehicle was entered by the passenger window being broken out.

Victim reported that unknown person’s gained forced entry into the above home. Once inside the home the above rifle was stolen.

Arrested: Humberto Cabrera DOB: 10/22/80 Charges: DWI, Driving on Roadways and No Insurance
Driver arrested after being stopped for a traffic offence. During the traffic stop, the deputy found several cues of impairment, which lead to the arrest of the above male for the offense of DWI.

Location: field off of Caja del Rio, Santa Fe, NM
Victim: 34 year old male
On 2/28/10 victim was located in a field off of Caja del Rio in his pickup with a gunshot wound to his head. A handgun was located in the vehicle and it appears the gunshot wound was self inflicted. During the investigation it does not appear if foul play was involved. CID and OMI were contacted and took over investigation.

Location: residence off of Paseo los Pereas, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 2/28/10 suspect arrived at above location where victim lives. Victim stated that suspect kicked open the front door and gained entry into the residence. Victim stated that once inside suspect took a 42" plasma TV. Suspect also removed all the tire stems from victim's vehicle. Estimated value of the TV is $1000.00. Estimated damage amount is about $350.00. Suspect was unable to be located.

On 2/27/10 Victim stated that her vehicle was taken from her residence by her boyfriend. Victim stated that the vehicle a 1989 white Ford Tempo was registered under her name and that her boyfriend uses the vehicle. Victim stated that the suspect left their residence on Wednesday and took the keys with him. Victim stated that she pays for the vehicle and not the suspect. Unable to locate vehicle or suspect. Estimated value of vehicle is $800.00.

Victim reported that sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2010 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his residence located at the above listed address. Victim advised that a flat screen TV, 2 digital cameras, a safe, DVD's, misc. Jewelry, and misc. cassette tapes were stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

On 2/26/10 victim arrived at school at 0815 hours and found his vehicle to have a broken passenger window when he was leaving at about 1115 hours. Victim stated that his property was rummaged through and nothing was stolen. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.
