Arrested: Lorie Encinias - age 40, Santa Fe, NM
The above subject was found allowing a juvenile to consume alcohol in her presence and having the juvenile drive her around town while she purchased narcotics. The female was in possession of suspected cocaine and placed under arrest. She was booked into ADC for possession of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Arrested: Jacob Gonzales - age 26, Santa Fe, NM
The above subject was the passenger in a vehicle, which was stopped for a traffic violation. The subject threw a plastic bag out of the vehicle and it was later found to contain cocaine. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

On the above date, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 50 year old female that was unconscious and not breathing. Attempts to resuscitate were unsuccessful. OMI arrived on scene and pronounced the female deceased at 4:03am. The preliminary investigation did not reveal any foul play or malicious activity. Initial findings showed the female had an extensive medical history.

On 2-25-2010, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 pm, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to the vehicle, while it was parked at thje location, by shattering the right front door window. Once inside, person(s) unknown removed an electronic game and a religious item.

Deputies while investigating a traffic infraction discovered that the driver, Michael Martinez had an outstanding Bench Warrant for his arrest. He was also found later to be in possession of a small amount of Marijuana. He was booked for the warrant and possession of a controlled substance.

On the above date, the above named officer esponded to the above location regarding a complaint of a customer who was arguring with the store clerk. Upon arrival and making contact with the defendant,, it was learned that there was an active arrest order out of the Municipal Court for DWI. For further information, refer to officerr's report.

Stolen: Purse with credit cards and $30.00 cash
Victim arrived at the school on this date at about 2:10pm and returned to her vehicle at about 2:25pm to find the driver side window broken. The above listed items were in the back seat on the floor and were valued at about $500.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
