On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a burglary investigation. Upon arrival, victim advised that upon arriving home she noticed that her front door had been kicked in. Upon checking the home, she noticed several items stolen to include prescription drugs, US currency, jewelry, two statues and a vacuum cleaner. The value of the property was estimated at $1,270.00. On 01-05-10 at approximately 8:47 AM someone broke in to the victim's vehicle at the above location. Taken was two purses that contained credit cards and $370.00 in cash.

ON THIS DATE AT THE LOCATION LISTED ABOVE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. DWI OFFICER WAS CALLED TO LOCATION AND HIS INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED (.16 BrAC). SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN 24 OUNCE BOTTLE OF CORONA BEER INSIDE MOTOR VEHICLE. SUSPECT WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVID HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE AT THE TIME OF THE TRAFFIC STOP. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. SUSPECTS VEHCILE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Suspect: Issac Gonzalez Age: 26 Santa Cruz NM
Issac Gonzalez was arrested for Aggravated DWI when he was found in control of a motor vehicle after a report that he was involved in a crash. He showed signs of impairment and had a bac of .16 or greater. No crash involvement but he was parked halfway ont the sidewalk from the roadway.
