ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT THE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECTS HAD ENTERED THEIR APARTMENT AND BATTERED HIM. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECTS WERE MAD BECAUSE VICTIMS ROOMMATE WOULD NOT HAVE SEX WITH THEM. THEY CAME TO THE APARTMENT ANDWERE BANGING ON THE DOOR. WHEN VICTIM OPENED DOOR HE TOLD THEM TO STAY OUTSIDE AND HE WOULD SEE IF ROOMMATE WANTED TO TALK TOP THEM. AS HE WENT TO GET ROOM MATE HE WAS ATTACKED BY THEM. AFTER HE GOT AWAY FROM THEM, HE LOCKED HIMSELF INTO HIS ROOM, WHILE THE TWO SUSPECTS BEAT HOLES IN THE WALLS, AND BROKE IN A DOOR ANMD BROKE SEVERAL ITMES INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. DEPUTY LOCATED SUSPECTS IN THE AREA ND THEY WERE ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

MISSING: KITTY P. DIBIANCO, 16 YOA FEMALE
ON THIS DATE MISSING PERSONS MOTHER REPORTED THAT MISSING PERSON LEFT THE HOUSE ON 01-10-2010 AROUND 2200 HOURS AFTER INFORMING HER THAT SHE WAS LEAVING THE HOUSE AND WAS NOT COMING HOME. MISSING PERSON WOULD NOT ANSWER HER CELL PHONE, BUT WAS TEXTING HER FREINDS TELLING THEM THAT SHE IN THE MORIARTY AREA. MISSING PERSON WAS ENTERED INTO NCIC AND CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

ARRESTED: MIRIAM ELIZABETH HILL, 43 YOA FEMALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: DWI, FAILURE TO DIM LIGHTS
ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS WEST BOUND ON OLD LAS VEGAS HIGHWAY AND REFUSED TO DIM HER HEADLIGHTS. TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED BY DEPUTY. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED (.14 BrAC). SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. HER VEHICLE AND DOGS WERE RELEASED TO A FREIND.

On 01-11-2010 the victim reported that between 6:00pm and 7:30pm, someone scratched his Kia. The scratches started at the hood and then proceeded down driver and passenger sides to the trunk. Suspect(s) are pending at this time. The damage was estimated to be about $2,000.00.

Reporting party advised that today at approximately 2:20 p.m. he discovered that a neighbors residence had been broken into and burglerized. Reporting party advised that the residence owners are currently out of state. It can not be dermined at this time what was stolen. No suspect or witness information at this time.

Victim reported that on 1-7-2010 a company by the name of Ascen Tech Telecom made 10 seperate unauthorized withdraws in the amount of $100.00 each time from her bank account. The victim advised that she has her credit card in her possession and it is unknown how her account number was accessed.

On 01-09-2010 the victim reported that between 12:00pm and 9:00pm, someone entered his residence by kicking in the front door. Once inside the residence the suspect(s) removed the above items. Suspect information is pending.

On 01-08-09 the victim reported that unknown person(s) entered the residence and removed the above items. The suspect(s) entered through an unlocked door. A white in color Lincoln 4 door car was seen leaving the area. Suspect information is pending.

Charges: Agg. D.W.I. , Roadways Laned for Traffic, and Open Container
On 01-09-10 the above driver was arrested for the above charges after being observed operating a Jeep Cherokee while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The driver was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of whiskey. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
