On above date victim reported that between 8:00am and 12:45pm an unknown person(s) used an unknown pry tool to force open the front door and took above item. No evidence or witness were located. No damage was done to the door.

CHARGES: DWI, DRIVING ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC, ALTERED FORGED OR FICTITIOUS LICENSE, DRIVER TO BE LICENSED
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED SUSPECT WEST BOUND ON AIRPORT ROAD FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. DEPUTY CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP AND FOUND THAT THE DRIVER WAS SMOKING MARIJUANA. INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND HE WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HIS POSSESSION. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A FAKE DRIVER'S LICENSE IN HIS POSSESSION. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED

On 12-01-09 at about 4:00pm, the victim reported that he observed a young male removing a radiator from his 1985 Dodge Truck. The victim reported that the radiator was worth about $200.00. Suspect information is pending.

On 12-01-09 the victim left the residence at 8:00am and returned at 2:40pm to find her rear door smashed. Upon entering the residence the victim found the above items to be missing. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 12-01-09 the victim reported that she had sold her company to another person. Upon selling the company all finances were turned over to the buyer. The victim reported that an account had been opened in her name and charges totaling the above amount were made. The victim stated that she had been notified by her bank about the charges.

On 12-01-09 between 9:00am and 3:00pm, unknown suspects entered the victims residence and removed the above items. The unknown suspects entered the residence by sliding open an unlocked bedroom window. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Victim reported that on May 30 2009 she quit working for Allsups and moved to Colorado. Victim stated that the corporate offices sent her last two pay checks to the last store she worked at, and the manager was to forward them to her. Victim stated she never received her pay checks and some unknown person forged her signature and cashed the checks at the Allsups store for the amount of $640.67

Victim reported that he returned home to find his vehicle stolen. The vehicle was entered into the National Computer System as a stolen vehicle.

Location: 2600 block of Walnut Street, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)
Victim: 22 year old female
Suspect: 21 year old male
On 11/30/09 victim and suspect were involved in a physical altercation. Victim claimed suspect threw her on the bed and choked her. Victim was able to get away but was caught by suspect and drug back into the bedroom and attempted to strike her. Suspect also threatened to kill victim. Victim was able to get away and make it to her mother's residence. An arrest warrant was obtained for suspect. Victim did have markings on her neck. Contact was not made with suspect at this time.

Location: residence off of Shrub Road, Santa Fe, NM
On 11/30/09 vicctim reported his residence was broken into between 1020 hurs and 1820 hours. Unknown suspects gained entry by kicking in the front door and throwing a log through the back door. Suspects took a 27" Sony TV, a 42" Sony flatscreen TV, a RCA VCR, and a portable DVD player. Estimated value of items taken is about $1700.00. Victim suspects an acquaintance that he knows.
