 Victim reported that on last date at 7:00pm some unknown Hispanic male subject burglarized one of his plumbing trucks, in the business parking lot. Victim had video surveillance on the truck when it was burglarized. The above listed items were stolen valued at about $21775.

On 11-16-2009 the victim reported that someone had stolen the above listed vehicle. The vehicle was last seen parked in front of the residence. The victim stated that she last saw the vehicle aboutr 7:00pm on 11-15-09 and found that the vehicle was gone on 11-16-09 at about 4:00pm. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Stolen: 2001 Kawasaki ATV green in color

Value: $2,200

on 11-16-2009 the victim reported that someone stole his 2001 Kawasaki ATV from his shed. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the shed and cut a chain which was securing the ATV. The suspect(s) were able to find a key for the ATV and drove it away from the residence. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

Stolen: Sony Laptop Computer, Duffle Bag with Ballet Clothes, Green purse containing the victims driver's license, and other miscellaneous paperwork. A Canon Digital Camera, 4 payroll checks, and a checkbook.

On 11-16-09 two victims reported that their vehicles were burglarized while they were parked at the above location. The suspect(s) did force entry by breaking the front passenger window on one of the vehicles and the other vehicle was unsecured. Once inside the vehicles the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

Victim reported that between 3:00pm and 3:05pm, someone entered her vehicle and removed the above items. The items were in a blue deposit bag sitting on the center console. The checks were made out to the victim and had been received from different clients. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

 On this date victim reported that at on 11/16/09 at about 8:00pm he was jumped by several male subjects including the arrested suspect. Victim fell into a fire pit outside causing major burns to his back and arms. The suspect was arrested and charged with the above crime.

 Victim reported that sometime between 11/13/09 4:00pm and 11/16/09 8:00am, some unknown person(s) entered the above residence through a rear facing open window. The above listed items were stolen and valued at about $500.00.

 Victim reported that sometime between 11/15/09 at 11:00pm and this morning at about 5:00am some unknown person stole the above vehicle, while it was parked at his apartment.

 

0209010039 Criminal sexual Penetration 11-16-09

Location: Agua Fria Rd. SFNM

On teh above date, officer was dispatched to St. Vincent's Hospital regarding a possible CSP.  Upon Arrival, victim reported that she had attended a party at an unknown residence off of Agua Fria Rd.  She advised taht she had a couple of beers and became tired and fell asleep in one of the bedrooms.  When she awoke, her pants were higher on her waist line and she was sore in and around her vaginal area.  She does not recall being with anyone.   A SANE nurse conducted an examination and CID will follow-up on the investigation.  For further information, refer to officer's report.
