Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2008 Toyota 4Runner after the vehicle failed to stop at the above mentioned intersection stop sign. A vehicle check was done through NCIC and it was discovered to be reported as a stolen motor vehicle. Vehicle was reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police on June 10, 2009 by Beaver Toyota. The above driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.Deputy assigned: Nathan Segura

On 9/9/09, deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. During the investigation, deputies learned that the above suspect was acting violent, causing the victim to fear for her safety. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

ON THIS DATE AROUND 0223 HOURS, VICTIM ARRIVED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION AND FOUND HIS FRONT DOOR OPEN TO HIS HOUSE. LOCATION WAS CHECKED BY DEPUTIES AND THEY FOUND NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTERY. VICTIM REPORTED THAT NOTHING WAS MISSING TODAY, BUT WANTED TO REPORT THAT SOMEONE HAD ENTERED HIS HOUSE YESTERDAY AND REMOVED OVER 100 DVD'S (UNKNOWN VALUE). VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE DID NOT REPORT THE BURGLARY YESTERDAY, BUT DUE TO THE SUSPECTS COMING BACK TONIGHT HE WANTED TO REPORT IT. UNKNOWN WHEN YESTERDAY THIS BURGLARY HAD HAPPENED. CASE IS PENDING AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTIES TAHT WERE THERE DUE TO A DOMESTIC CALL FOR SERVICE. DURING A TERRY FRISK SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION THREE TABLETS OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND HE DID NOT HAVE A PERSCRIPTION FOR THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR THE CHARGE LISTED ABOVE AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS BOOKED.
