On teh above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain hia lane of traffic.  Officer noted odor of acohol and failed field tests and was arrested.  Defendant had a .03 and .02 BrAC. Defendant was booked a the adult detetion center.

0209007956 Possession of a Controlled Substance/DWI 09-05-09

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a Traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic.  Defednant did not produce any authorization for driving or any vehicle paperwork.  Officer noted the odor of acohol and the defendant failed field tests.  Defendant was arrested, and while conducting an inventory of the vehcle, suspected cocaine was found folded in a dollar bill.  Defendant was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

On 9/6/09 victim reported that between 9/2/09 and 9/6/09 unknown persons broke the side glass door to his home and removed a Vizio 32" flat panel TV/DVD player.  Victim believes his cleaning person(s) are involved.  Estimated value of items taken is $1600.00.

On 09-06-09 the suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investiagtion it was determined that the suspect was under the influence of intoxicating liqour.He was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

 On the above date the victim reported that someone stole his vehicle from the above location. This occured between the hours of 8:00 AM on 09-05-09 and 7:00 AM on 09-06-09.

0209007937 Strongarm Robbery 09-05-09

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway SFNM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the area of Paseo De la Luz SFNM regarding a call of a strongarm robbery.  The complainant who is the father of the alleged victim advised that his daughter was attending a party off of Old Las Vegas Highway.  He advised that she was attacked and beaten up by an female that she would not identify, and that the female had stolen her purse, which contained $300.00 in US Curency.  Prior to officer's arrival, the complainants daughter had left the area unwilling to give officer any information regarding the incident.  For further information, refer to report.

Location:  Avenida Vista Grande and Monte Alto, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

Suspect:  William Wilson, age 63, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Reckless Driving

On 9/5/09 deputy observed vehicle westbound on Avenida Vista Grand in the eastbound lanes and was also travelling 60 mph on a 40 mph zone.  A traffic stop was conducted and driver showed signs of impairment.  Driver was arrested and taken to Christus St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw.  Results are pending.  Suspect was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

It was reported that sometime between the hours of 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, 2009 and 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 5, 2009 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into a metal portable storage shed on the above property causing approximately $500.00 in damage during the process.  It was undetermined at the time of the report if anything was stolen from inside the shed.  No supect or witness information is available at this time.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for an ubstructed license plate.  Upon making contact, the officer noted an odor of acohol from the defendant.  Defednant displayed signs of impairmentand was arrested.  Defendant had a.15 and .14 BrAC and was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

Arrested: Lucio Morales-Ramirez - age 37, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a 911 call at the above location and learned of a domestic altercation that had taken place. During the investigation, there was reason to believe the above subject battered his wife and he was placed under arrest. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
