On 8/26/09 suspect entered residence through an bathroom window and removed a 42" flatscreen TV, a social security card, misc. medications, and a digital camera. Suspect left a note inside residence stating that he took his digital camera. The camera and the TV were returned. Suspect is the husband of victim. Estimated amount taken is $1000.00

Location: 3600 block of State Road 14, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/31/09 unknown suspects entered residence through front door by prying it open. A wallet was removed from residence. It was determined that the debit card was used at a Chevron gas station on Llano St. & St. Michael's Drive and at a Chevron gas station on St. Francis Drive. Also inside the wallet was a social security card, NM ID card, personal checks and $200.00 cash. Suspects are unknown at this time.

On 8/31/09 unknown suspects kicked in balcony door and entered the residence. Suspects removed a 37" flat screen TV, 2 torque wrenches, and 2 pocket knives. Estimated amount taken is about $1548.00. A distinct set of tire impressions were located near the front door.

On 8/31/09 between the hours of 1400 and 1645 unknown suspect(s) entered residence while victim was out of the house and removed miscellaneous jewelry and miscellaneous electronics from within. Victim returned and noticed rear bathroom door ajar. During investigation there were no signs of forced entry. Estimated amount taken is about $15,000.00.

Victim reported that he was stopped by 4 male subjects in a gray vehicle. The suspects beat him up and stole his vehicle, the victim sustained injuries and was treated at the Hospital.

Victim stated that between Sunday August 30, 2009 at 9:00pm and Monday August 31, 2009 at 7:30am an unknown person(s) entered the aforementioned unlocked vehicle and took above items. Unlocked 2000 Dodge Neon silver in color was also entered but nothing appeared to be taken. Both Vehicles were parked at the above residence.

Sometime between 08-28-09 08:00 AM and 08-30-09 1:20 PM someone used the victim's ATM account number to withdrawl money from his account. These transactions took place in California while the victim was here in New Mexico.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into her residence. Once inside suspect(s) stole a case containing approximately fifty (50) CD's. A neighbor saw a short blonde female wearing a green shirt, attempting to gain access to the victim's residence. For further information, refer to report.

Location: residence off of Spur Ranch Road, Lamy NM
On 8/29/09 victim reported while off roading in the above area, victim was approached by a woman claiming he was on her property. Suspect exited her vehicle and was holding a firearm. She raised up her arm and fired one round missing victim. Victim suffered apparent 1st degree burns on palm of hands, face and eyes. Victim did not report incident until following day due to being intoxicated. Suspect is not located at this time.
