On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding an auto-burglary. Upon speaking with the victim's wife, she advised that her husband had broken down at that location at approximately 11:00pm on August 11, 2009 and had left the vehcle parked on the shoulder. At 2:00am it was reported that he vehicle had been broken in to. Person(s) uknown threw a rock through the driver's side window to gain access. Upon entering, suspect(s) stole a twenty dollar bill, which was in the glove box. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a stabbing. Upon arrival, victim stated that two unknown males approached him and made a comment about his clothes. He advised that the two suspects were "West Side Locos", and that he could tell that by the colors they were waering. Victim admitted to also being a member of a gang he identified as "18th Street. Victim sufferred two small lacerations to his left arm and leg. For further, refer to report.

Suspect: Rafael Munguia-Serrano, age 51, Albuquerque, NM
Charged: Agg. DWI, Driver to be licensed, No Insurance, Improper Evidence of registration, Open Container
On 8/11/09 suspect was reported by manager of Casitas Mobile Home park to have been consuming alcoholic beverages and driving in the area. Driver was observed driving on dirt portion of roadway. Driver was found to be impaired and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Driver refused breath test. Driver did not have a driver's license, no insurance and displayed an improper license plate. Driver did have an open container of beer in the vehicle. Driver was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 08-11-09 between 12:30 PM and 12:50 PM someone gained entry to the victim's residence through a garage window . The suspect then stole two desk top computers from inside the residence.

Sometime between 08-10-09 08:00 AM and 08-11-09 08:00 AM someone gained entry to the victim's residence through an unlocked front door. Once entry was gained the suspect stole a DVD/VCR player. There are no suspects at this time.

Sometime between 08-08-09 12:00PM and 08-10-09 11:00PM someone broke in to the victim's residence and stole a flat screen TV and a couple of computers. It is unknown how entry was gained.

Deputies responded to a domestic altercation at the above location in the early morning of 8/11/09. The investigation showed that the above suspect struck his girlfriend on the head with a rock, causing injury. The suspect was located in his residence and placed under arrest.

On the 08-10-09 the victim's left thier residence at 1:00 PM for one hour. When they returned they discovered that thier residence had been broken in to. Entry was gained through an open bedroom window. Taken from the residence was a 46 inch flat screen TV and an I-Pod.

On 08-10-09 at 1:00 PM a deputy responded ta an activated alarm at the above location. Upon his arrival he discovered that the front door to the rsidence had been kicked in. No one was found in the area. Taken was a flat screen TV.
