On the above date between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM someone gained entry to the victim's residence by breaking a window. Once entry was gained the suspects stole 4 TVs, a laptop computer and a video recorder.

On the above date, the above named officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a traffic stop initiated by a US Forest officer who had witnessed the defendant driving poorly. Upon officer's making contact with the defendant, he noticed signs of impairment. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Defednant had a .19 and .20 BrAC. A check of the defendant's driving history showed that she had two prior arrests for DWI, and the vehicle was seized. the defendant also had eight open containers of Miller beer in the vehicle. Defendant was transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

Location: residence off of Entrada La Cienega, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/5/09 residence was under foreclosure. Bank representative verified that 2 shower heads, a refridgerator, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, 6 light fixtures, a water heater and a vanity was taken from inside the residence. Suspects tried to remove the bathtub but did not. Suspects did damage the piping when they tried to remove the tub. Estimated value of items taken is pending. No signs of forced entry.

Suspect: Justin Guilez, age 18, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Criminal Damage to Property
On 8/5/09 suspect punched window of a Santa Fe Trails bus after he was denied a free ride. Deputy observed suspect causing the damage as he got off the bus. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Estimated damage to window is $500.00.

On 08-04-09 between 10:00 AM and 11:00AM someone gained entry to the victim's residence through an open garage door and stole some liqour, an I-Pod, a laptop computer and some DVDs.

Sometime between 08-02-09 5:00 PM and 08-03-09 8:00 AM someone gained entry to the victim's storage shed and stole some construction power tools. No force was used to gain entry.

On the abvoe date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant who had failed to stop prior to entering the roadway, which almost struck said officer. Upon making contact with the defendant, he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking a beer prior to the stop. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Defendant was then transported to St. Vincents Hospital for a blood draw due to health condition. Defendant was then booked at the adult detention center.

Suspect: Edward Martinez, age 21, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Abandonment or Abuse of a child (3 counts), 2 Bench warrants out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear
On 8/4/09 deputies were dispatched to a fight in progress. Suspect was located inside the residence and had 2 bench warrants out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear. While conducting an investigation, deputies discovered the suspect had left his 4 year old, 2 year old and 7 month old children alone in his apartment while he was at a different residence playing video games. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/4/09 victim reported unknown suspects removed a Sony Home Stereo with speakers from inside the residence between 8/2/09 and today. Victim reported that no forced entry was possible due to a fire completely destroying the residence. Victim stated that the stereo was locasted at the south end of the home and the above item was salvaged. Estimated value of stereo is $400.00.

Victim reported that he was away from the residence from 10:30am to 4:00pm. Upon returning home he found that his residence was burglarized. Suspect(s) may have gained entry through an unlocked sliding door. The suspect(s) removed the above items once inside the residence.
