ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SPEEDING (47/35 SPEED ZONE) NORTH BOUND ON SOUTH MEADOWS ROAD.  INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING.  SUSPECT SHOWED SIGNE OF IMPAIRMENT DURING TESTING AND WAS ARRESTED.  SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

CASE 0209007057 / DWI, RECKLESS DRIVING, FAILURE TO GIVE IMMEDIATE NOTICE OF ACCIDENT / 08-07-2009

CHARGES;  DWI, RECKLESS DRIVING & FAILURE TO GIVE IMMEDIATE NOTICE OF ACCIDENTS

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION.  SUSPECT THEN FLED THE SCENE AND WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTIES.  INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED.  INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT ALSO HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST OUT OF MUNICIPAL COURT IN SANTA FE.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

CHARGES:  DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED EAST BOUND AGUA FRIA FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  INVESTIGATIONS SHOWED SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE (.09 BrAC).  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

Charges: Aggravated DWI(REFUSAL), No Proof of Insurance, Careless Driving

On 8/6/09, at approx 2150hrs/9:50 pm Deputies responded to 2 Blue Raven Rd in reference to a possible burglary in progress, in which the suspect was involved. Suspect left in a 2002 Toyota 4D, bearing CA plate# 4TSX448, and was located and stopped on NM 14. Suspect appeared to be highly intoxicated, andrefused to take a field sobriety test and breath test. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Suspect was trying to visit a friend and was not breaking in, as called in.

Charges: Concealing Identity, Speeding 73/55 zone, Driver must be licensed

On 8/6/09, approx 2110hrs/9:10pm, suspect was driving a 1988 Toyota Camry, bearing NM plate# 430-PSR, and was stopped for speeding. Suspect had no ID, DL, and provided several names/DOB's. Suspect arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

Stolen: Flat Screen, 4 wheeler

Victim stated that between 8:00am and 6:30pm, unknown suspect(s) entered her residence by kicking in the front door. Once inside the residence the television was taken. The suspect(s) had also taken a four wheeler from the shed next to the residence. Suspects are pending at this time.

On 08-06-09 the victim reported that he was away from his residence from 8:50am to 4:50pm. While he was away unknown person(s) entered his residence and took the above items. Entry was gained by the unknown person(s) by kicking the rear door open. Evidence was located and will be submitted to the crime lab.

Sometime today at approximately 12:44 PM someone broke in to the victim's vehicle and stole a back-pak and some babies clothing. Entry was gained by breaking a window on the vehicle.

Sometime between 08-05-09 8:00 PM and 08-06-09 10:00 AM someone broke into the Fireworks stand at the above location. Entry was gained by breaking a window on the building. Taken was an undisclosed amount of money.
