Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 7/29/09 both suspects were involved in an argument over the children.  While enroute to the Pojoaque area both had battered one another inside the vehicle.  Both were arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0209006792/ Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/ Date: 07/29/09

Location:  3900 block of Calle Daniel, Santa Fe, NM

Victim reported that on July 27, 2009 at about 1730 hours, he noticed that his vehicle a 2000 Ford Expedition blue in color missing from his residence.  Victim advised that the vehicle had been parked due to a malfunctioning transmission.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC.  Estimated value of the vehicle is $3500.00.

Suspect/arrested: Jesus Palomino-Salazar age 39

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Roadways laned for traffic, Equipment unsafe condition, expired registration tag, no proof insurance.

On 7/29/09, at approx 1:36am, suspect was driving a 1992 Dodge Dakota, white in color, bearing NM plate# JYH-367, and was stopped for driving left of center, and a burnt out taillamp. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested,charged accordingly. A breath test of .19/.19 was obtained

0209006754 Abondonment or Abuse of a Child 07-29-09

Location:66 Camino De Jacobo SFNM

Arrested: Naomi Torres 29yoa

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a battery.  Upon arrival, victim advised that her next door neighbor attached her and punched her in the face.  Officers attempted to locate the suspect, to no avail.  The victim's mother who was also at the scene returned with two active arrest warrants out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court and was arrested.  For further, refer to report.

0209006753 Burglary/Residential 07-28-09

Location: 100 block of Valle Duran SFNM

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  Victim advised that unknown person(s) gained unlawful entery into his home and stole a Polaroid digital camera.  The camera was valued ate $200.00.  For further refer to report.

Location:  2 La Hacienda Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

Victim reported that between 1000 and 1445 hours someone entered her bedroom and stole an Xbox 360, a Nintendo WII, a 26" Toshiba TV and a cell phone charger.  Victim believes that her brother stole above items because she has an ongoing issue with him over money.  No other items were taken from the residence.

Case#: 0209006747/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/28/09

Location:  100 block of Leaping Powder Road, Santa Fe, NM (Arroyo Hondo)

Victim reported that on 7/28/09 between the hours of 1200 and 1700 unknown persons removed the screen from a window located on the back side of the home and then pried open the window.  Victim said once inside, suspects stole a Sony 32" flatscreen TV, a Nikon Digital Camera, and a silver necklace.  Suspects are believed to have left through the rear door.  Victim stated she recently had work done to her home by a company.  Estimated value of items taken is $1,100.00.

Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed a 32" Panasonic flatscreen TV which was mounted and attached to a wall in the gym area.  Victim said that she believes the suspects may be related to the persons who rented the hall next door.  Estimated value of TV is $550.00.

Case#: 0209006748/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/28/09

Location:  residence off of Arroyo Nambe, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe)

On 7/28/09 victim reported that between 0800 and 1630 hours unknown person(s) kicked open the front door to the home and stole 100-150 pieces of jewelry belonging to his wife.  Victim could not describe the jewelry and victim's wife is out of state and could not be reached.  Estimated value of items taken is $20,000.00.

CASE 0209006706 / FELONY DWI - SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR -DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE - OPEN CONTAINER / 07-28-2009

LOCATION:  AGUA FRIA & CAMINO JULIANA, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  JAIME DOMINGUEZ-GONZALES, 36 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  FELONY DWI, SELLING OR GIVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A MINOR, DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE, OPEN CONTAINER, REGISTRATION REQUIRED, PROOF OF INSURANCE. 

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED PARKED ON CAMINO JULIANA IN THE MIDDLE OF ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AFTER TURNING AROUNDING AND THEN HE TURNED ONTO AGUA FRIA.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS AND WAS GIVING BEER TO AN 18 YOA FEMALE PASSENGER.  SUSPECT SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT DURING TESTING AND AGREED TO A BREATH TEST.  SUSPECT HAD A .17BrAC.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE OTHER DWI ON HIS DRIVERS HISTORY.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  TWO PASSENGERS WERE ISSUSED CRIMINAL CITATIONS FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA AND RELEASED.  ONE OTHER FOR ALLOWING HER SELF TO BE SERVED AND RELEASED.  THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED.
