Victim reported that sometime between the hours of 5:15 pm on 01-21-09 and 7:30 am on 01-22-2009 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his 2001 Toyota vehicle by breaking the passenger side window.  Stolen from inside the vehicle was a DELL MP3 player valued at $450.00.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:00 p.m. on 1-21-09 and 8:45 a.m. on 1-22-09 an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered into his unsecured 2004 Dodge Ram pick-up and and took a black in color CD case containing over 100 misc. CD's valued at over $1,000.  No suspect or witness information at this time.

Arrested: Henry Gonzales (34 YOA), NM 503, Santa Fe, NM 87501

The above listed individual had an outstanding felony warrant for failure to comply with electronic monitoring program.  Deputies located him at a residence off NM 503, subject then barricaded himself in the residence.  Approximately 1 hour later he was taken into custody without incident.

The above named individual was being housed at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility on unrelated charges.  It was learned that there was an outstanding warrant issued by the 1st Judicial District Court for violation of juvenile delinquent supervision, it was subsequently served.

Suspect/Arrested: James Pace (24) DOB: 10-16-84  1504 La Cienegita Santa Fe, NM

On 01-22-2009 approximately 12:50 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress at a residence at the above location.  Victim advised that the above suspect unlafully entered into his residence while he was home and stole a Sony Playstation 3 valued at $300.00. The suspect was later located by deputies, walking on County Road 104 with the stolen property in his posession.  Subject was arrested and charged with burglary and larceny.  Subject was also booked on an outstanding Santa Fe Municiple Court warrant charging him with failure to comply with conditions of probation.

The above male individual was located playing pool at the Clubhouse at Cottonwood MHP.  It was learned that there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued out of Trinidad Colorado.  He was subsequently taken into custody. 

02008010530/Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/Conceiling Identity 01/21/09

Location of Incident: Riverside Dr., Santa Fe, NM 87507

Arrested: Usbi Linares (25 YOA), Riverside Dr., Santa Fe, NM

Detectives located a partially disassembled motorcycle at a residence in the Tierra Real Mobile Home Park.  Further ivestigation revealed that said motorcycle had been reported stolen by The Guadalupe Credit Union on Dec. 9, 2008.  The above listed individual was implecated in the theft and later was charged with the unlawful taking of the motor vehicle and conceiling identity.

On the above date, the defendant was stopped for speeding 63mph on a posted 35mph zone. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and was arrested.  The defendant had a BrAC of .10 and .12.  He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.
