Suspect: Sarah Torres  (Homeless) 30 yoa

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to narcotics found on an inmate.  During the investigation, the above subject was found with a small plastic bag with a crystal like substance on her person.  The substance tested positive for methamphetamine.  Subject was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Suspect crashed his vehicle showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked for DUI.

Suspect: Juan Rascon 37 YO Male Santa Fe, NM

On the above date the above individual was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon contact narcotics were located and the suspect was arrested. This case remains under investigation.

2021000379 / Aggravated Burglary / 1-21-21

Location: Residence off Henry Lynch Rd.

Suspect: Alberto Gonzalez, 26-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 1-21-21 Mr. Gonzalez unlawfully entered a household members residence where he assaulted and battered the family member.  Mr. Gonzalez fled the area before deputies arrived on scene, a warrant has been obtained for Mr. Gonzalez. This case remains open.

Location: South Summit Drive/NM Hwy 475

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated between 2:00pm and 4:00pm unknown suspects broke the window to their vehicle and stole US Currency, Identification Cards and Miscellaneous Credit/Debit cards. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated at approximately 2:45 PM unknown suspects broke the window to their vehicle and stole ten dollars in US currency. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact auto burg. The reporting party stated at approximately 10:30 PM two unknown suspects were observed via surveillance cameras opening the door to his vehicle. The unknown suspects stole a car charger then left the area. Suspects are unknown at this time and the case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to criminal damage to property. Complainant reported the mailbox cluster was damaged and all the contents inside (mail) were possibly taken. USPS was informed. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Juan De La Cruz Duran (62 YOM)

On Monday, January 18th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a warrant service. Contact was made with the above individual who had an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Criminal Sexual Penetration of Minor. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

2021000318 - Death Investigation - 1/17/21

Location: Tierra Hermosa Ct. / Los Pinos, Santa Fe, NM 

On Sunday, January 17, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing 68 year old female. Upon arrival no signs of life were observed and OMI responded to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed. This case remains under investigation.
