Victim reported that sometime between 11:00am and 11:00pm on 12/03/2008, someone entered her residence and stole a gray box containing the above items. Victim suspects a male acquaintance who she stated has stole from her in the past.

On Friday, December 5, 2008 at 9:15 am, Mr. Frank Trujillo reported that a house that his son owns at 26 Honey Suckle Circle had been burglarized sometime between 10:30am on November 26, 2008 and 9:00 am on 12/5/2008. He stated that the house is actually a show home in Las Campanas and it appeared to have had nothing stolen out of it. There was also signs of forced entry on the front (Southwest) side where it appeared that entry was gained with the use of some type of pry tool. Stolen: One Office Folder with personal information
The victim reported that on November 29, 2008, someone burglarized his residence and stole a folder from a file cabinet inside. The file contained information on a current law suit involving the complainant and another individual. The case is under investigation and nothing else was stolen from the home.

CHARGES: BATTERY AND ASSUALT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INTERFERENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS
ARRESTED: TIM A. ROMERO 41 YOA MALE
On this date officers were sent to location due to a fight in progress. Deputy met with victim and found out that she had been involved in an argument with her boyfriend. Victim reported that suspect left the house after she told him to leave. Suspect then returned and kicked in the front door attacking the victim as she was on the telephone. Suspect took the phone from victim and struck her in the back of the head breaking telephone. Suspect then grabbed victim by the neck and started choking her, leaving marks on her neck. Suspect then left the house and located by officers on side street in the area. Suspect was found to have four warrants for his arrest. Suspect was arrested on the above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center. Suspect was served the four warrants.

Deputies responded to above residence and discovered that the house had been burglarized. The suspect(s) stole the above listed items with a total value estimated to be $950.00.

The victim reported that sometime between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, she arrived home and found that it had been burglarized via forced entry at the rear door. The suspect(s) stole the above named items from inside the residence. Total value of stolen items was approximately $15,000.00.

The victim reported that she was notified by her credit card company that several transactions had been attempted and declined with her credit card. The victim learned that someone had attempted to charge the purchase of groceries, on-line store, netflix, my bday site and craigs list. The case is under investigation.

On 12-04-08 the victim reported that sometime between 12-03-08 and 12-04-08 (unknown times) someone stole a Miller Bobcat welder, a air compressor, a torch set and a homemade trailer from the above location. The items were valued at $7,700.00.
