On this date victim reported he left his house around 0730 hours today and returned at about 1730 hours and found a side door of the house kicked in.  Victim reported that the above listed items had been removed.  Case was referred to CID for follow-up.

0208010327 Possession Marijuana<1oz. 12-02-08

On the above date, the above named officer was dispatch to the adult detention facility regarding an inmate who had suspected marijuana in his possession.  Upon arrival, detentiion officers advised that they had conducted a search of the defendant and found marijuana on his person.  The defendant was rebooked and charged with possession under one ounce.

On the above date, officer came upon a vehicle parked in the middle of Airport Rd.  Upon making contact the driver advised that he was waived down by a female crying for help.  Contact was made with the victim who advised that she had been beaten by her live-in boyfriend identified as the suspect.  The victim had blood on her face, which she advised was caused by the suspect punching her.  Contact was later made with the suspect who was arrested and transproted to the adult detention center.

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF DELAWARE LANE, NORTH FORK - STATE ROAD 14 AREA

ARRESTED:  DAVE DEAN GALLEGOS, 44 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED STALKING, BURGLARY, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, RESISTING AN OFFICER

On this date victim left her house and while she was out she received a text message which contained a threat against her.  When she returned home she found where someone had entered her house and turned on the gas.  The suspect stuckhis fingers into victims pies and broke a blue in color candel holder.  Victim reported that she has been having alot of problems with her ex-husband listed above and has an active Order of Protection against him.  Investigation lead officers to locate Dave Gallegos where he was taken into custody on the above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

Victim: 46 year old female

Deputies and medical personnal responded to a residence at the above location due to an unresponsive female.  Victim was found to be deceased in bed and no signs of foul play were located.  Victim suffered from a long time medical condition and was currently under physicans care.

Arrested: Valerie Gonzales age: 21

Charges: Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment

Suspect was found to be in possession of a green leafy substance, prescription medication, and tobacco. The items were located while the suspect was being searched during the intake process. Suspect admitted to intentionally bringing the items into the facility. Suspect stated that she knew she was going to be incarcerated and did not want to be without the items. Suspect was charged accordingly with the above charge.

Arrested: Rudolpho Mendiola age: 37

On 12-01-08 at about 7:51 pm, a 911 call in reference to a battery occurying at the above address. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who stated that the suspect was intoxicated and had battered her. The suspect was contacted and placed under arrest. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Victim reports home was entered by force through rear door and various electronics, jewelrey and gold coins were taken. Victim also reports a green 2007 Toyota RAV 4 NM 578NZS was stolen from the garage.  Case is under investigation.
