On the above date it was reported to this agency that someone had broke in to the Lucky Bean Cafe and the Advantage Asphalt Inc. at the above location. Entry was gained by prying open a door to the businesses. Taken were several laptop computers, flat screne TVs, cash and beer.

On the above date the victim reported that his brother had pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him if he didnt leave the residence. Contact was made with the suspect and he was placed under arrest.

On the above date dispatch received a 911 call from the victim advising that the defendant was following her and requested help. The victim later advised that the defendant was attempting to run her off the roadway in attempt to get her to stop. New Mexico State Police were able to apprehend the defendant at the Santo Domingo Pueblo. The defendant was transported and booked at the adult detention Center

On the above date, the defendant was reported as a reckless driver, which had just been involved in a hit and run crash on Airport Rd. Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and was unable to preform field tests. He was arrested and had a BrAC of .36. He was first taken to St. Vincents Hospital and cleared medically then transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly. While dealing with the defendant, other officers attempted to locate the victim of the hit and run to no avail.

On the above date officers were dispatched to the above location regarding shoots fired. While enroute, the victim advised that his personal vehicle was shot and that an unknown type vehicle had just left the area. Upon examining the victim's vehicle, six bullet holes were located. Located inside the vehicle were two bullet fragments. Officer patrolled the entire area in an attempt to locate possible suspects to no avail. There were no other witnesses to the incident.

The victim reported that somone had obtained his credit card number and made several charges over the internet. The values of fraudulent charges totaled $105.06. The suspect is unknown.

Victim: 9 yoa male juvenile
A 9 year old male disclosed to his school counselor that he was battered by his 16 year old brother, who told him that he was going to jump him into a gang. The 16 year old and his friend then tatooed three dots on the child's hand webbing. Juvenile Probation authorities were notified and the case is under investigation.
