On 12-04-08 the victim reported that during the first week of December someone knocked over a large section of cider block wall at his residence. The damage was valued at $2,500.00.

On 12-04-08 the victim reported that a male subject entered his garage on 12-03-08 at 7:00 PM and stole his stihl chainsaw. The suspect fled the area in a green Honda Accord when the victim tried to stop him.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a male subject who was cutting himself on the wrist. Upon arrival the suspect was seen by medics and his injuries were minor. It was learned during the investigation that the suspect had been served with a valid order of protection and was in violation of the order by being within 100 yards of the petitioner's residence. He was arrested for the violation and transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant speeding on Airport Rd. Officer turned around and attempted to stop the defendant who refused to stop. Defendant drove until he reached his driveway and ran from officer refusing to stop when given orders to do so. Officer deployed the taser which had no effect on the defendant. He was physically detained and arrested. Defendant submitted to a breath test and had a BrAC of .17 and .18. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

Arrested: Edward Davidson 51yoa
Defendant was observed driving right of the fog line. Officer attempted traffic stop and he refused to stop. Defendant continued to drive recklessly not stopping until he reached his driveway. At that point he was placed under arrest. Defendant had a strong odor of alcohol upon his person and refused to submit to breath or blood tests. The defendant had five prior DWI ofenses and a search warrant was obtained for blood. The defendant was driving on a revoked license, had no insurace and had an open container of beer in the vehicle. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

ITEMS STOLEN: 2 BOTTLE OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
VICTIMS RETURNED HOME TODAY AND FOUND A MAN INSIDE OF THEIR HOUSE. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE MAN WALKED OUT OF THE HOUSE AND LEFT IN A DARK COLORED PICKUP AND TOOK TWO BOTTLES OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE MAN ENTERED THE HOUSE THROUGH A SET OF GLASS DOORS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

ITEMS STOLEN: FIREPROOF SAFE WITH DOCUMENTS
On this date Santa Fe County Fire Department was dispatched to a fire off of County Road 62. After fire was extinguished they contacted the Sheriff Department aout what they found there. Investigation showed that the items were stolen for a house today. Victim was notifyed and recovered the items. Case is pending and under invesitagation at this time.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF ASPEN, EDGEWOOD NEW MEXICO AREA
ITEMS STOLEN: SMITH $ WESSON REVOLVER, PARA ORDINANCE SEMI-AUTOMATIC HANDGUN, UNKNONW VALUE AT THIS TIME.
On this date victim reported that he left his house around 0715 hours and returned around 1800 hours. Victim reported that someone forced open the back door of his house and removed the above listed items. Witnesses advised they observed two males leaving the house carrying a jar of coins and were able to give a vehicle discription. Case is under investigation.
