The victim reported that on 11-4-2008 at approximately 8:30 PM, he heard what sounded like two gun shots outside of his residence. The victim then discovered on 11-6-08 that there were two holes in his stucco, one of which contained a rubber projectile. There are no suspects.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia / Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Andrew Sandoval, 47 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Leaving the Scene of an accident

The above named defendant drove to the Santa Fe County Jail intoxicated and wanted to bail a friend out of jail. The male then drove his vehicle into a parked car and began to leave the area. The crash was witnessed by Detention Officers and captured on surveillance video.  The male was subsequently arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing. He was booked accordingly into the county jail.

Location: 5500 Block of Agua Fria Street

Stolen: Winchester .22 cal rifle, Ruger MK2 handgun .22 cal handgun

Sometime between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM on 11-6-2008, unknown person(s) unlawfully gained access to the victim's residence by breaking the window to the front door. The suspect(s) then stole above listed items from inside.

Case #:0208009667 / Death Investigation / Date: 11-6-08

Location: Apache Road / Lone Butte Area - State Road 14

Victim: Frank Werme, 63 yoa male

Deputies and medical personnel responded to a report of a man down at his residence. The patient was under physicians care for cancer.  The victim collapsed at his residence in the presence of his wife. Medical personnel performed advanced life support but were unable to revive the victim. The victim was pronounced deceased by OMI at the scene. There was no evidence of criminal activity.

On the above date the victim reported that a couple of juveniles had broke in to his house but were chased off by a neighbor who had seen them breaking in. The Suspects fled the area in a small black compact vehicle.

0208009643 Aggravated DWI 11-05-08

Deputy Assigned: David Clendinin

Commander: Lt. Marco Lucero

Location: Airport Rd. SFNM

Arrested: Anthony Branch 23yoa

Charges: Aggravted DWI, Resisting Arrest and Possession Marijuana under 1oz.

On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defendant traveling 63mph on a posted 45mph zone.  Officer attempted to stop the defendant who refused to pull over.  The defendant later stopped on Camino Juliana.  Officer noticed an odor of cunsumes alcohol.  The defedant was arrested and had a BrAC of .15 and .16.  He also had a small amount of suspected marijuana on his person.  The defendant was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

CASE: 0208009644 / MISSING PERSON - RUNAWAY / 11-05-2008

SUSPECT IRVING ESTEVAN QUINTERO-ROLSALES 16 YOA MALE

LOCATION: 6100 BLOCK OF AIRPORT ROAD

On this date suspects mother reported that her 16 year old son had left their house on November 1st, 2008 around 1700 hours and has not returned home.  Reporting party stated that Irving has not been going to school this week and she had checked with his freinds and they have not seen him to this date.  Case is under investigation.  Child was entered into NCIC as a runaway.

CASE: 0208009638 / BURGLARY-LARCENY-CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY / 11-05-2008

On this date victim reported that between 0830 hours and 1500 hours, unknown person (s) entered their house by kicking in the front door and removed $300.00 worth of guitars.  Case is under investigation

Victim reported that sometime during the evening hours of 11-04-08 and the early morning hours of 11-05-08 an unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into his garage and stole several power tools and hand tools.  Estimated value of the tools is $1,230.00.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.
