Victim reported that on 10/14/2008 at about 1:00pm, her ex-boyfriend gained unauthorized entry into her home and forced her to have sexual intercourse with him. The victim stated that the suspect threatend to kill her with an Axe. Victim was taken to the hospital by a family member. This incident is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to a residence in the Eldorado area in reference to a death investigation. A male subject was located in his family residence bathroom on his knees face down. The victim was checked for signs of life but none could be found. This incident is currently under investigation.

Location: Conchas Loop, (Eldorado) Santa Fe NM
Victim reported that sometime between 8/1/08 and 9/22/08 some unknown person(s) reproduced and signed a fake check on the vicitms bank account (First National Bank). The check was written for the amount of $17250.00. The victim signed an affadavit of conterfit check and the bank refunded her the full amount. The check appeard to have been cashed in China.

Location: NM State Road 344, Edgewood NM
Between the dates of 09/15/2008 and 10/15/2008 the above listed victim sold a chair on craigslist for a sum of $400.00. During the course of the transaction the buyer said his secretary filled in the amount erroneously for the sum of $2400.00. the unknown buyer went on to request that the overpayment be sent back to him. Upon receiving the check the victim deposited it and withdrew the amount of the over payment without verifying that the check had cleared and wired it to a third party in New York. Later the victim was informed by her bank that the check was a fraud.

Victim reported that since July 2008 some unknown person took the above listed items from within the residence. Victim stated there was no signs of forced entry and nothing else was found to be missing. The items missing were valued at about $3000.

Above driver was stopped as he was leaving the scene of a burglary. He was found to have a suspended license and was driving after he was warned previously in the night. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

Deputies responded to an activated alarm about 1:00am at the above location and found one of the businesses with a shattered window. It is unknown if entry was made or if items were stolen at this time. No suspects are known.

Victim reported that on 10-15-08 between 7:00am and 3:00pm unknown suspect(s) had entered the victims residence. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) took the above item. No forced entry was found and the suspect(s) may have seen the victim hide the key to the residence.
