The above named defendant was involved in a motor vehicle crash. The defendant drove his vehicle into the rear of another vehicle at above location. The driver was found to be under the influence and was arrested at the scene. Breath test results were .14 and .14. The defendant was booked accordingly.

The victim reported that the suspect arrived on his property without permission. When the victim approached the suspect and told him to leave, the suspect obtained a handgun from his vehicle and pointed it at the victim. The suspect then fled from the area.

Charged: Assault on a peace officer, Minor under the Influence
On 10/13/08 deputies were dispatched to 3991 Camino Juliana in reference to a large fight in progress. Deputies arrived in the area, in which a male subject ran to the rear of building 3 and hid behind some bushes. Deputy located subject in which the subject was going to charge at deputy. Deputy tased subject and placed him under arrest. Suspect was highly intoxicated. Ohter deputy made contact with a male individual who stated that he was beaten up by several males. He could not provide information on the males that battered him. Victim stated that they had been drinking. Victim sustained a cut on his head, face and near his eye. He refused medical treatment. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date the manager at the Encantado Resort reported that a Laptop Computer was stolen from the office. The suspect is believed to be an ex-employee that was being terminated on the date of the theft.

Victim advised that sometime within the last two weeks a 2005 Yamaha TTR motorcycle valued at $2,400 was stolen from a vacant property. Also stolen from this property during this time frame was 6 deep cycle batteries and a battery inverter. Five of these batteries and the inverter were recoved on a property in Cerrillos, NM and a person of interest was interviewed. Further investigation into this case is pending.

On 10/12/08 at 0200 hours, suspect was observed traveling northbound on SR14 at a high rate of speed. Deputy observed vehicle pass him in which vehicle began to accelerate rapidly. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with driver. Driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were conducted in which signs of impairment were displayed. Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Erik Licon, age 20, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Agg. DWI, Resisting-Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driver Must Be Licensed
On 10/11/08, Deputy observed vehicle traveling on Airport Road cross the lane division and then abruptly change into the left lane. Deputy attempted to make a traffic stop in which vehicle accelerated and refused to obey emergency equipment. A traffic stop was conducted on Paseo del Sol south of Airport Road. Contact was made with driver who displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and several signs of impairment were displayed. Suspect was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test in which his BrAC results were .18, .17. Suspect did not have a driver license in his possession. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charges: Battery of Household Member - Warrant
On this date deputies were sent to location due to a domestic in progress. Investigation found where suspect had battered victim during argument. Suspect was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear in Santa Fe Municipal Court. Suspect was arrested without incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

On this date parents of above listed child reported there daughter ranaway from home today while they were in Albuquerque. They found a note from child stating that she would not be home tonight. Case under investigation at this time.

Suspect: Christina Schwebach,13 yoa female
Charges: none
On this date above listed child,left her home around 0800 hours and no contact was made with her until about 1700 hours. She called and talked to her mother and advised her mother that she was fine and she was not coming home. Suspect has not been located at this time and was entered into the NCIC system. Case uner investigation at this time.
