on 12/31/2007 victim reported that she left her vehicle at the FOP Lodge.  Upon her return she discovered that several intems were taken from inside the vehicle.

 On 12/31/2007 victim reported that while in the process of selling a motor vehicle  two personal checks were taken.  They were later made out to the individual buying the vehicle.  Victim stated that he did not give or write the suspect either check.  Both checks were from an account that had been closed.

Location: Jemez Road  Suspect Pending Further Investigation

Deputies responded to a possiable drive-by shooting.  Deputies found that there was damage to the victim's home consistent with several gun shots.  No motive or suspects were developed.

Vehicle was stolen out of a towing company yard.  The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

On 1-1-2008 at 2:33 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 ot greater.  There was no driver's license on file for the suspect.

On 12-31-2007, at 9:57 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect has five prior DWI offenses.  The suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked and he was in possession of an open can of Budweiser beer.

On 12-31-2007, at 7:47 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when he struck a parked vehicle.  The suspect then fled the scene of the crash.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.

On 12-31-2007, at 10:32 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.  The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana.  A check with the New mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

Missing Person:Donna Gregg, Age:76

 On the above date the victm left her residence to go to the Albertson Store at the DeVargas Mall. The victim's husband called our agency because she had not returned home. The victim has dimentia and does not know how to get home in the dark. Attempt to locate the victim was made but no avail.
