On the above date someone gained entry to the victims residence through an unlocked door. Once entry was gained the suspect stole several items of value.

On the above date the victim was delivering pizza to an addres on Calle Nueva Vista. He was approached by a male subject in a black hooded jacket with an iron bar who wanted to fight with him. The victim drove away as the subject tried to hit him with the bar. The suspect could not be located.

Charges: Battery upon a household member
Deputies responded to a domestic fight. Upon arrival they encountered a male with visable injuries. This victim reported that the above arrested person battered him.

Male victim reported that a male subject in a hooded sweatshirtconfronted him outside store. The male suspect pointed a pistol at the male victim. No injuries were reported. The suspect left the area.

Deputies responded to a fight in progress with shots fired. Deputies found a male subject leaving the area. The male victim had substatial head injuires from a beating. The male was transported to St. Vincents Hospitol, then later transfred to a trama Center. Deputies secured a crime scene and invstigation Division was called out for further follow up. Several suspects were rounded up and being questioned.

Deputy came across above male passed out behind the wheel of his vehilce. Driver was found to be in imiediate control of his vehicle. Driver exhibitted several signs of impairment. A breath test yilded a .24% BAC.

Suspect(s)/ Arrested: Pending
Victim reported that her son was involved in some type of altercation and ran into the residence for help. As her son attempted to go back outside to confront some unknown individuals that were outside yelling at him, she stood on the porch and would not allow her son to approach the individuals. One of the unknown individuals than threw some unknown object in her direction which struck her in the head causing two small lacerations. Suspects fled the scene and have not been located.

Victim reported that during the morning hours of 12-30-07 an unknown person(s) broke into his horse trailer on his property and stole two saddles which were valued at over $1,000.00 each. There are no witnesses or suspects to this incident at this time.

Between December 25 and 28, 2007 suspect(s) removed a pad lock to a tack room at the above location. They then took several western saddles and tools from inside. The case is under investigation.

Suspect: Roberto Rojas aka Freddie Ruedas age 27
Charges: Possession of cocaine and Municipal Warrant for failure to appear
Officers responded to a 911 call in the area. They heard arguing coming from the above location. Investigation determined that several males were partying in the residence. Cocaine was located in the residence. Coacine was also found on the person of the above suspect. It was also determined that he had an outstanding warrant.
