Driver was stopped after deputy observed a traffic infraction.  Driver showed several signs of impairment durig contact with deputy.  Driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test that yielded results of .07%.

Driver was stopped after a call from Drunk Busters.  The driver displayed several cues of impairment.  Driver was arrested for DWI.

Location:  State Road 599, Mile Marker 2

On 12-24-2007 at 5:06 PM, the Victim was operating the Vehicle north at the location in the inside lane.  For reason(s) unknown, at a point approximately . 3 miles north of Mile Marker #2 the Victim lost control of the vehicle and allowed it to leave the roadway on the right side.  The vehicle rolled a minimum of 4 times down an embankment and the Victim, who was not wearing a seat belt was ejected from the vehicle.  The Victim was pronounced dead at the scene.  Alcohol and speed do not appear to be a factor.  Next of kin has been notified.

On Dec. 23, 2007 the above arrested subject was involved in a domestic disturbance with a family member.  During the disturbance the subject pushed the family member because she turned off the TV while he was watching football. Subject was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of Battery against a houshold member.

Between December 21, 2007 and December 23, 2007 unknown person(s) gained forced entry into a residence located at the above location.  Serveral of the rooms in the residence were rummaged through although it was not determined if anything was stolen at the time of report.  No witness or suspect information is available at this time.

Neighbors found the above male unresponsive in his home. There were no signs of foul play found in the residence.

Victim arrived at his barn and noticed that the lock had been cut and a steel panel had been removed from his barn. He noticed that 250 bales of Alfalfa had been removed from the barn. The case is under investigation

Victim left his wallet in the locker room of the El Gancho Fitness Center. The wallet contained two credit cards. Victim determined that one of the credit cards had been used at a local convenience store. The case is under investigation

Location:  Bisbee Court  Stolen Items:  $90 Cash and $300 worth of US postage stamps

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a business alarm to find evidence of a burglary.  No suspect information is available at this time.  The above items were reported stolen.

Stolen: $30

Victim advised that two males with hoods came into the store and demanded money.  The register contained only $30.  The males took the money and ran out of the store in an unknown direction.  No weapon was brandished nor seen.
